Tôi đã trả tiền cho gói VIP trong 3 tháng nhưng chưa được 2 tuần thì tôi không thể đăng nhập được như bình thường. Khi tôi đã đăng nhập được thì mọi thông tin, lịch sử tủ sách đều không còn và đặc biệt gói VIP của tôi cũng hoàn toàn biến mất. Tôi cần được giải thích về điều này. Cảm ơn.

I paid for the full year subscription and have not been able to read a single book since then. The App keeps displaying that I haven’t registered as a VIP member. So frustrated.

Even though I paid the subscription, the app still recognized that I haven’t got my VIP yet. I will cancel my subscription and dispute for sure

Mình đóng phí VIP 3 tháng xong vẫn ko được đọc toàn bộ sách trong thư viện. Rất khó tìm đầu sách. Rất ít tác phẩm văn học kinh điển của nước ngoài và cả Việt Nam. Chỉ dùng trên 1 iPad. Khi ko có iPad thì nghỉ đọc / nghe. Thật là bực.
Sách nói rất ít. Hoàn toàn ko biết tìm ai để được hỗ trợ. Phí tiền.
