How in the world do you add pictures?

This app is a great idea but it’s not user friendly. How do I add more than one picture? I seem to only be allowed a library of 1 and I paid for the app. Now I will be deleting it. I thought it would be a great app.
If it actually had some instructions….that would be awesome. Right now, it’s 1 star.
