How to fix Météo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Météo app on iPhone
Update Météo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Météo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Météo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Météo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Fix Météo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Météo app issues:

Force Stop the Météo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Météo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Météo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Météo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Météo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Météo.

Fix Météo unable to contact server/ Météo internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Météo » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Météo » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Météo on android.
