How to fix SoundBox app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SoundBox app on iPhone
Update SoundBox app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SoundBox iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SoundBox on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SoundBox network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

SoundBox Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SoundBox not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the SoundBox App
1. On android, goto Settings » SoundBox » click [Force Stop]

Update SoundBox to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SoundBox App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SoundBox » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SoundBox.

Fix SoundBox unable to contact server/ SoundBox internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SoundBox » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SoundBox » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SoundBox
