Every time I use the magic link, I end up back at the login page to verify my email again, which generates another magic link email, another magic link, back to the login page to verify email, another magic link… it just doesn’t work😵💫
The only way to sign in and authenticate your account is through the “magic link” they send you via email. The problem is their link flow is broke and it doesn’t open ExpoPass . Completely useless app.
Every time I click on the magic link ExpoPass sends me, my browser redirects me to ExpoPass Store to download ExpoPass…even though I already have it. This leaves me totally stuck and unable to log in.
When attempting to edit users, ExpoPass crashes. The only feature that works perfectly is the credit card charge for lead scanning.
Really poor user testing. Notes should automatically save - they don’t if you don’t push “save” but that is hidden. Adding colleagues should be much easier.

I can’t verify my account because the Magic Link doesn’t work. It takes me back to the log in screen and then it wants to resend the verification email.
There’s no way to log in once you forget your password. The magic link sends you right back to the login page. ExpoPass is absolute garbage.
What a scam. They don’t tell you that you have to pay $250 (MINIMUM) to even use it. Not worth it and they’re shady by not telling you that up front.
Just going in circles, clicking on the link, signing and clicking on the link and signing in. I wish ExpoPass went away.
