With the latest update I’m having a lot of issues with SuperDispatch

i’m using two devices for the same account mostly to improve multitasking and every time I’m using each of the devices the second device is being logged out this is all after I did the latest update I will advise you guys to stay away from latest updates .. it’s still buggy

I have been working in the field of road transportation for 3 years in a row. I can say with confidence that this program is the worst that I or my friends have ever worked with. It slows down very much and heats up the device very much; the charge almost quickly disappears, plus this. When photographing cars, you have to wait a very long time, as it slows down very much. working with this program is a complete curse. The developers absolutely do not pay attention to the performance of the program. starting from iPhone X iPhone XR iPhone 12 They do not work at all.

That’s right almost 11 hours of background activities and only after 2 minutes of actual use. Something is not right about it. Not to mention it drains the battery like crazy. UI is terrible on IPad. Overall, it’s a solid 4 star app ( in the future 5 stars).

I had to delete SuperDispatch . There’s no way to disable background refresh function as it doesn’t even show up under the background refresh setting on the iPhone

I felt really compelled to write this review. This review really pertains to the “Dashboard”. Let me start by saying, the idea behind this software is a great one and should be applauded!! This software has the potential to be great. I recently enrolled, and everything seems to be going great until the recent updates to the invoice, which in hindsight should have been left alone. Why do I say that....since the update, none of the saved contacts populates in the invoice, the invoice ID, does not populate either, even though, you have it saved in the “Invoice ID” field. What would be the essence of having all your contacts saved, if you have to re-enter it, at the point of invoice? My other complaint would be the customer service, which is a joke. You send a message on the chat, expect a long wait, sometimes, you have to send question again. This despite the advertised “under 10 mins” wait period. I was willing to overlook the poor response time, if things were working smoothly but now it’s all seems so glaring.....Again, great platform, with some tweaks and different approach to real customer service, this has the potential to be great! I am nearing my trial period end, I decided I am going to spend the next couple of days to shop around......On the other end, the drivers love SuperDispatch , as do I:)

This new update made the application slower. Now when I mark a vehicle as delivered it take a long time for it to update on SuperDispatch as well as when I want to add notes only on the delivery information it wont save the notes. The other problem with this update is when you email over an invoice after delivery it wont mark it on SuperDispatch as “invoiced” after trying to send the invoice threw email multiple times. Overall this new update made everything more complicated and harder to use. Please fix this asap. I use SuperDispatch on a daily and now its made it harder for me to use it .

I’ve been using super dispatch for a few months now and no matter what I do it never sends me notifications to my iPhone XR. I have all notifications enabled and have reinstalled multiple times to no avail.
Other than that I find SuperDispatch to be pretty great, no complaints aside from the inability to get notifications which is disrupting my work.

It was very good app, but now it's going to be more difficult app. Any never update give more options, but now it's takes more and more time to make inspections. App now working slower and sometimes shot down, needs restart. Maybe guys will fix this problem!

The new vision with maps for the delivery and pick-up of cars at first seemed very convenient, but in fact it brings a lot of inconvenience. Because now the maps do not show the address where you are going, but simply written - delivery is very inconvenient. Plus, you can't put a street review on the maps to see how to get there, please modify your program

It was terrible week with no this app. Today its started to work. New design much better.

After update, impossible to do inspection.

Please fix the issue with Face ID every time I attempt to log in it scans my face successfully then the key board pops up and renders SuperDispatch completely useless

I work for big company that use super dispatch but we all use other 7 other apps that other brokers are required to get pay.
And it’s disgusting to use other app but this one.

I’ve been using SuperDispatch for a couple of months now, a little confusing at first, but once I got it down, it saves so much time! Love the pictures and inspections especially! Saves a lot of time and money. Thanks!

Attention to whinners!
Nothing is perfect. Having problem? Be patient and contact with customer service. Try to resolve it. Or if you are so cool, make better app than this and then whine!!! I’m sure you can’t, because you are truck driver. Otherwise you wouldn’t be here ))

Using SuperDispatch daily and it works great, just have it installed on iPad and would be great to have a horizontal screen view because it is not comfortable to use, thank you developers

Satellite view would be a great idea. Maybe a way to see both to pick up and to deliver on one map. Green pin to pick up red to deliver. I don't know, could help if you have a few picks and drops in the same area.

When we first started, we were using paper and that worked but SuperDispatch actually is better for taking pictures. SuperDispatch saved us big time a couple times, customer can be tricky dealing with sometimes.

Hey, could you please fix the issue when I’m on the phone via bt headset and start taking pictures for inspection the screen of iPhone is freezing on the first picture. To fix it you have to stop the phone call and restart theiPhone

I ask all our carriers to download and use the Free App. Digital Bols make our process easier for all parties- clients get a clear Bol on both ends, Carrier looks even more organized and professional and Brokers can view download and pay faster since we see the Bols live. Central dispatch load board and Super dispatch work great together and if you use any other app for Bol you will find super dispatch easy to navigate and works on all orders assigned.

I’m new to the car hauling world and love the user friendly aspect of SuperDispatch. It makes everything flow effortlessly and without paperwork. So far the only issue I have is that I would like to search by brokers or even filter by brokers. When I search I constantly end up with backlots adds but they are no longer looking for transporters. It would be awesome if you could fix this and make that a feature in the search options.

I am entitled to leave a good review for Super Dispatch… SuperDispatch never disappoints, friendly to use, responsive staff also the main tool in car-hauling inspection and invoicing!
