Subscription Problems and NO support

I had been a LOC subscriber since 2012. When my subscription renewed I only received 2 publications. Apple support said to contact the publisher, the publisher said my subscription expired based on the European date format. After WEEKS of back and forth between Apple and the publisher, I still never received the full subscription nor was I refunded the subscription payment. I stopped purchasing subscriptions on all mags from iTunes and stopped supporting LOC.
