There’s something wrong with SayIt. Help me with pronunciation but there’s something wrong with wrong with an in app purchase. It’s not a problem that you can’t afford a price of an in-app purchase. But it’s a problem that SayIt exits itself while downloading content of an in app purchase. If an in app purchase still persists its problems, it will become very very disappointing

There's no way to cancel the subscription through SayIt . I emailed the company and they didn't answer. So I got charged for a one-year subscription when the free period ended. It took me 15 minutes to figure out how to cancel it through my AppleID account. A lot of customers probably end up paying for this for years before they even realize it. Also App has false advertising. It says it supports American English but really once you start using it you see it barely supports American English at all. It's a pronunciation app and it's almost all British English so I can't use it for my students.

I did pay $3.99 for American words and nothing happened-waiting reply from customer service. Even I did pay it still offers to pay again and again- I think app has many problems.

I have purchased your British words and Sound chart by USD 4.99 half an hour ago. But Unfortunately British Words hasn’t downloaded yet.
Still It is showing Zero percent.

Could you please take care of it?
If not possible, then please refund my money ASAP.

Coincidentally this was my first purchase on iTunes and I’m really disappointed with my experience.

Expecting a quick response with a proper solution.

There is nothing showing up in my iPad (word list and chart), although it says successfully restores my purchase. It is useless now, pretty frustrated!

Is there a guide for SayIt? I just purchased the U.S. File, &3.99 for 35,000 words but cannot look up words. There are only 3 offerings for vowel sounds.

Opened app. Typed in “dog.” Typed in “apple.” No result, no error message, no feedback. Am I supposed to buy the words? App doesn’t tell me. Deleted.

I bought American English Word. Please add “x” symbol with fast deleting-word function. And remove “get more words” banner in ‘look up’ tab.

SayIt functionality is very good and intuitive. The tests and sound wave graph helps you perfect the emphasis as well as pronunciation.
SayIt support is also very good, they solved my problem quickly and friendly.

Thanks for this useful app.

I have installed SayIt on my iPhone 6 plus and iPad 3. It works as advertised, with all the features fully functional (record your pronunciation and compare etc.).

I've installed it on iPad 2, 3, iPhone 5S and it doesn't work well on any of them. You can't hear your audio recordings nor compare to the model pronunciation. It's boring, it's an enourmous list of alphabetically ordered words.

When you put “Oxford University Press” label on something and an equal price tag - you should expect a certain quality. I use “Oxford Advanced Learner’s Dictionary” and it’s fantastic. And SayIt referred me to “Say It”, which I bought even without consideration… So the application offers you single words that you have to record and then compare your recording with theirs. The words are given without any context, without any indication of the accent used, gender, etc. Just single words. OK, I recorded my first word. Clicked “play” - nothing. Tried to record another. Same thing… They call it “Pronunciation from Oxford”. Thank you. Now I’m gonna think twice.

Crashes on launch on iPad 2 and iPhone 4S running iOS 8.1.1. Extremely disappointed.
