There's no way to cancel the subscription through the app. I emailed the company and they didn't answer. So I got charged for a one-year subscription when the free period ended. It took me 15 minutes to figure out how to cancel it through my AppleID account. A lot of customers probably end up paying for this for years before they even realize it. Also App has false advertising. It says it supports American English but really once you start using it you see it barely supports American English at all. It's a pronunciation app and it's almost all British English so I can't use it for my students.

There’s something wrong with this app. Help me with pronunciation but there’s something wrong with wrong with an in app purchase. It’s not a problem that you can’t afford a price of an in-app purchase. But it’s a problem that the app exits itself while downloading content of an in app purchase. If an in app purchase still persists its problems, it will become very very disappointing

I did pay $3.99 for American words and nothing happened-waiting reply from customer service. Even I did pay it still offers to pay again and again- I think app has many problems.
