Depositphotos Reviews

I loved Depositphotos and used it all the time until it suddenly started crashing. I uninstalled and reinstalled and even reached out to support. They say they’re working on it, but it’s been a month and Depositphotos still crashes every time. It’s a useless app now, sadly.

I can login perfectly on a browser but Depositphotos "doesn't recognize" my details...

Depositphotos was great and even though the subscription is a little pricey for what’s offered, I still really enjoyed Depositphotos and loved that some photos were free to download. However, suddenly Depositphotos crashes every time I try to run it. I uninstalled, reinstalled, got it going again, only for Depositphotos to crash again the first time I tried to download a photo and is crashing over and over. My iPhone is a current version and fully updated. I still have downloads left on my subscription that I won’t be able to use and I had to cancel my subscription. Pretty disappointing.

takes five minutes to figure out how to get the bloody image to actually download to my device. I can’t tell if it’s user error, incompatibility, or bad design.
Finding images and saving them for later works great.
Getting them downloaded to work with, not so great. For me.

Removed and redownloaded the iOS app and I can’t get past the homepage when logging it. It crashes every time

Very glitchy. Clicking on the star icon to favorite a photo results in nothing happening. Customer service was from someone who didn’t have any reading comprehension and was like banging my head against a wall.

Very frustrating! The entire point of getting Depositphotos is so that I can directly download onto my iPhone, and yet, though I have many downloads available, I am unable to download new content. It just spins and spins when I click download, doing nothing

I’m disappointed that the updated app is not accessible.
I have had a subscription for many years and Depositphotos has never been fully accessible using VoiceOver on the ipad.
None of the images have Alt text.
ios cannot read any of the images using the automatic photo description.

To date, this app owes my fiancé & I a minimum of $139.00 all of which was charged *after* I sent them a cancellation email revoking all rights to charge our card. They received it & even acknowledged my cancellation email in April 2015 when I sent it --- then kept charging our card anyway. When approached about the cancellation & refund, they did not address the refund at all (even though there's a trail in writing). They did, however, give me the directions to go to (apparently) the other website of another company who handles cancellations & seemed to assert that they cannot do anything else. I've used other photo companies who make signing up & canceling *clear* & are much better at customer service ... Buyer Beware

I can log in just fine with my user and password online but Depositphotos won’t let me do it.

This companies subscriptions/pay-per-use charges are WAY more than other companies with similar vectors. No thanks!

this app is an amazing service, but Depositphotos isn’t even usable for me. For someone who does a lot from my phone, not being able to even login my account is just odd. I try to login with my website info, and it tells me my password is too long... right. Please get this issue that’s been present forever, fixed, so I can spend more money with you and use photos on the go.

Is this Dialup this app? I need to search photos for work and you'd think Depositphotos would allow me to do so while I'm out and have a time here and there. But no. I create a search and wait, and wait and wait... those little dots just keep on keeping on. I try again the next day, same thing.

I need an app that works!!

I have used deposit photos online many times, and have an account. Depositphotos would not recognize my login (said “requests rate limit exceeded” every time) and would not come up with any photos when searched. Completely worthless.

No way to edit the search term. Forces you to scroll through hundreds of images of the same model. Show me a few and say there are more.
Overall, really weak.

The good news is thenDeposit Photos web site is really good. I'm heading back there as this does not work for searching.

App dont recognize my account, i have suscription plan and i cant login with my credentials.

Website dont let download photos on safari from mobile version, so i guess that app will be fix that problem, but app dont work.

I had bought lots of credits, but when they switched over to the insane monthly plan, they took all my credits away.

You have to remove Depositphotos every time you open Depositphotos , it doesn’t remember you and will not load photos to see unless you remove and download again.

The look of Depositphotos is clean and inviting but that’s kinda where it stops. I use an outrageous amount of photos and was extremely excited to be able to use my phone. I can see I have over 500 pictures to purchase but it acts as if I don’t have credits. Very disappointing.

Probably the clunkiest Website I've dealt with in 20 years. Pages wont load. Image's don't download. I'm upgrading this review from 1 Star to 2 Stars based upon their quality customer service and concerns.

It's clear they want to improve and perhaps the clunky Web Page loading is a result of growing pains? I will likely give them another opportunity to earn my business based only on their customer service and follow up.

I hope they figure out their issues and fix them.

I can’t cancel my account. There’s no option to cancel

I have very much enjoyed Depositphotos and the ease of use. However, it has continued to crash even though I have updated, restarted my phone, etc. I also will get through a project and hit save and it will then crash, losing all the work that was done.

I signed up for a paid membership using my Google log in on Depositphoto’s website. But Depositphotos only allows sign in using email, Apple, or Facebook. Bummer.

Really nice UI. Would be helpful if you could also browse videos using Depositphotos.

If you have a this app account, get Depositphotos. I can comfortably search for images and build light boxes on my iPad right on my couch. Scrolling for images this way is so fast and more natural than on my Mac. Light boxes can then be reviewed either on my iPhone, iPad, or Mac while with a client/stakeholder. This is a great addition.
