I rented a car with this app for a trip to Mexico. Because of Covid I had to cancel and they said I had “FREE Cancelation” and that is a lie. There’s no way to contact them, no phone number just an email. I sent them like 15 emails and never got an answer. And never got my money back.

I booked with them and close to the day I travel, they cancel my car without saying anything. I sent an email and ask but they don’t respond. I don’t want to recommend this app.
