This company is labeled as an 3rd party therefore you cannot cancel through the actual car rental you’re renting from. I have no way to get my money back. It states you have 24 hours in order to have a “free cancellation “ pitifu

I rented a car with this app for a trip to Mexico. Because of Covid I had to cancel and they said I had “FREE Cancelation” and that is a lie. There’s no way to contact them, no phone number just an email. I sent them like 15 emails and never got an answer. And never got my money back.
