Won’t let me log into my server, so it’s completely useless
Downloaded app, setup the domain and port as instructed by my organization, and PharosPrint failed to contact the server on login.
Do not waste your time. Use whatever old system your organization has.
PharosPrint simply doesn’t function
Worst application ever. I cannot express how frustrating it is to have a school which supports such an inapt software company. This needs major work -- cannot even use to print !
It takes three years to load the files.
There is no way to dismiss the keyboard after you type in the server address and port. Very annoying and poor UI testing. Immediately uninstalled.
I’m trying to configure PharosPrint . When I input the server address and port, I can’t click connect because the keyboard covers it. There is not even an option on the keyboard to submit the form (e.g. “go”).
The print button that is supposed to be at the bottom of PharosPrint is cut off on my iOS. A printing app without the print button is one of the biggest mistakes possible.
I consider myself fairly tech-savvy and have encountered difficult to use apps before but this one takes the cake. It took me several hours to figure out how to upload a document and I can't even get documents to consistently upload! Save yourself the trouble and don't download PharosPrint if you can help it!
I want to rip my eyes out of my head. Please. PharosPrint is so bad. UNC please. Stop. End my suffering.
PharosPrint is nerve-wrecking! Malfunctioning every single day
Glitchy and way too complicated.
UMiami uses this as their primary, ONLY printing app. After one semester it now won’t let me sign in with the server information through the school. No QR scan available totally bugged. THIS IS FOR INSUFFICIENT MORONS IN “IT.”
PharosPrint is slick, but there's no way to print less than an entire file, i.e. No way to "print range." This makes it useless for me, and many of my peers.
It worked well the first few times, but when I installed it on two different devices, it quit working. I tried to print something and it didn't show up in the queue. Other than that, an improvement that you should make is to add an option of a page range that you would like to print.
I used PharosPrint and it's great. There are only a limited options and it can only take print commands from the box app. From any other app you give, it will not take. Please change this.
PharosPrint had been working fine, but required a sign in after iOS13. The keyboard covers the login button now, so it’s unable. Impossible to sign in

PharosPrint works fine with me.
FIX. THE. APP
I really don’t think it’s that hard to move the text or fix the small bug causing the keyboard to block the “Go” button on the login screen. My grandma can make an app better than this it’s pathetic
The Android version has more features, it replicates how it’s seen on the web version. Most of the time I can’t print from other apps. Please at least add an Upload feature.
It's a good concept and would have been convenient. However, there is no option to use this even though the instructions said to go to the file you want to print and click more and PharosPrint should appear and you should click on it. However that's not the case for me. I still have to send it to the print email and then print it that way vs directly having it upload from PharosPrint . Also another feature it should have if it doesn't already have is to be able to edit the print settings such as color/black and white, one-sided or two-sided, etc.
