Printing something costs maybe 50 cents, it makes you withdraw a minimum of 5$ from your account and won’t let you take your money back

WepaPrint gets one star for convenience and easy printing.

When I initially downloaded WepaPrint , there were no issues at all. It would connect to Google drive and print from there. Lately, there are problems connecting to Google drive. After uploading new documents to the drive, I cannot see them through the Wepa app. This is really annoying as it forces me to save the documents on my phone and print from there. Then I’d have to delete all those files.

Worst app Ever. Had to pay 5 dollars when my order was only .14 cents. Then it didn’t even work! Dumbest thing ever

Failing to upload a simple document that would’ve been possible to upload last year. And I’ve been stuck looking at the water loading things after clicking multiple actions. I don’t even know what WepaPrint looks like besides the water loading thing. What does WepaPrint do exactly besides load water? Wish there was an option for 0 stars.

WepaPrint needlessly complicates printing. It’s a hassle to set up and use the system at all, and on top of that it’s expensive to print. It’s not worth the time or money spent when any other printing system could do the same task easier and cheaper. And if you’re at a university with no other access to printing, you’re essentially screwed.

WepaPrint is absolutely terrible; the only reason I got it was for school, so if you are a university student reading this you should probably try to find somewhere else to print. The only way to pay (that worked) was with a credit card, which costs an extra 40 cents. So, yes, I had to pay 64 cents to print 3 pages. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON WepaPrint!!!

I’ve not had troubles with WepaPrint before but recently the connectivity is just getting worse. Today I was trying to upload a document to print and WepaPrint just wouldn’t stop loading no matter how much I refreshed or reopened WepaPrint or switched from data to WiFi. I gave up after trying to upload for 40 minutes.

Coming back to write a second review a year after my school started using this program to print, and nothing has changed. Printing should be such a simple task and this is so inconvenient to use. I spent an entire hour today in my school’s library trying to print in color and all this program did was eat up $5 of mine with multiple attempts. The tech people that work here have no knowledge of this program and can’t help. Some of the name is definitely on my school for not being able
to assist, but even without the color printing issue it takes 5-8 minutes to do what should
be a 2 second task, especially with all the authentication processes and timeouts.

Hard to give an app any more than 1 Star when it won’t even let me log in to use it. I’ve used my university credentials countless times on other sites, so I know they are correct. Not happy that I can’t print reading notes for a class that is electronics free...

Every time i use WepaPrint i have to click through numerous pages of instructions as if i were opening WepaPrint for the first time. How many times must we click “got it” before you believe us?

My university is making us use WepaPrint for all printing on campus. The interface is difficult to understand and the prices are way too high. Very upset about our transition to WepaPrint. Hate it.

I got WepaPrint to use for my university, it is absolutely terrible. Overpriced printing and it takes forever to upload documents. Waste of time and money, find somewhere else to print.

It is stuck forever loading and when I try to upload a file it says it failed. I’ve tried on multiple devices. This used to be a good app..... what happened?

Would appreciate it being more like the website that shows a list of the WEPA stations nearby with location info including what floor and building. Love the login with the phone!

The great Wepa printing program works with the Box app so well that I downloaded the Wepa App.... I and other students rely on this tiny powerful printing machine for professional looking homework pages. All it needs to do is upload and download my file for printing, how hard could it be? Of course the passwords and wifi / cellular connection is going to be prone to human failure. If WepaPrint transform my jipng. and mpeng files to a perfectly printed page thats all that can be expected.

If it fails I will comeback and give the resulting review but I support this company already because I use their printer, never fails.

I know some reviewers say they had major problems with WepaPrint but as of August 27, 2021 I have never been able to print something more effortlessly or efficiently. Fantastic choice if your campus offers this service. Simply familiarize yourself with the printing system and WepaPrint before you actually try to print something and there will not be a problem. Thank you WEPA!

I was able to use Apple Pay and load my documents in lees than a minute. It was great! I think all the glitches have been resolved.

WepaPrint is incredibly buggy. When the old app prompted to download a new version I was hopeful that WEPA would finally have a good app, but its actually so much worse. Not useful, couldn’t print even if I wanted to

I could not log in. The page is refreshing every time I try to log in. This is frustrated!

The old app was much better. With my first installation of WepaPrint, it did not allowed me to upload a file to print. With the second installation, WepaPrint never loads fully. There is an icon that just spins indicating that the software is loading. I want the old app that worked!

Don’t launch a new app for your company if you have not gone through all the possible bugs that could be with WepaPrint . You could’ve run test runs.

WepaPrint does not let me log in through the school credential. When I log in, WepaPrint just goes back to the start page saying that I should log in again.

Utterly useles; the online printing setup annoys me and takes too long to set up and use as is—WepaPrint just makes it worse.
It gives me no option to print when I upload a document, and when I open the “tutorial: using NFC station” link, all it shows me is a brief animation of a phone being held up to the printer with a ‘ready to print’ screen pulled up—no instructions on how to get to that screen, no instructions period.

I have to delete and redownload WepaPrint every time I want to get something ready to print because for some reason if I want to print more than once it will always fail to load the second thing I want to print or fail to load WepaPrint entirely m. Not to mention it says you can pay by Venmo and then when I go to print it out there’s no option to use it, so I wasted $5 on this stupid app.

Deleting it after an hour of trying to use it because...
- when I added what I wanted to print to the cart on WepaPrint , it loaded for a full minute then it disappeared because it failed to load the file (even when I restarted my phone, used WiFi/data, one page/all the pages)
- when I tried to go to contact support all it allowed me to do was look at the past data
- since WepaPrint wasn’t working I used the actual Wepa device & signed in & the page orientation was way off when I was trying to print something. It looked like 2inch margins. (even when I changed the orientation on google docs itself to try and match up to the faulty device, it wouldn’t change)

I will say that I appreciate that it allows you to take documents from files, google drive, & photos. As well as it allows you to add balance to your account. However, I couldn’t get these functions to work, but if I did, it could be a great app.
