Terrible system
After a bus driver refused to let me board with a cash fare in exact change despite lots of signage saying that was allowed and my having done it earlier in the day, I resorted to downloading this app. Jet lagged and with my phone battery dying, I waited eons for it to download, couldn't create an account, gave up and walked back to my hotel, exhausted. I finished the setup the following morning—had to try both Apple and Google login multiple times before I was able to create an account, which also required agreeing to all sorts of data sharing, providing my home address, credit card info (no Apple Pay), etc. I haven’t actually managed to use it yet. Person who said it’s bad for tourists is right!

They ruined it
Removed the best features: Seeing the live location of your transport and the next transit , Being able to tap the stop to see the list of transits coming there and their ETAs.

Doesn’t open anymore
App freezes upon loading. Can’t get in. My pass is inside the app. Stick with paper passes.
