Supreme Golf: Book Tee Times Reviews

From what I can tell, it has all the tee times from all the major providers (TeeOff, Golf18, and GolfNow of course), listed in one place. The amount of tee times Supreme offers is far greater than I’ve seen anywhere else (because the aggregate everyone else). It’s like they’re Kayak, and everyone else is Marriott, Hilton, or Hyatt.

Plus the on the course features are a great additional benefit. I’ve found the GPS to be within a yard or two when I compare it to my Bushnell. And the scoring system allows you to handicap games and matches. Simply put, if I could only have one golf app on my phone, it’d be Supreme my a mile.

SO much better than the others (aka golf now). I love that they offer ALL available courses, instead of just the ones affiliated with the other apps. They offer more tee times, and deals at more courses than all other tee time booking sites combined. So instead of checking multiple sites and/or apps, I can just go to one place (and save more money too). It’s like the kayak/Expedia/Priceline, etc for golf. Clearly any negative reviews are just folks affiliated with the inferior competitors. Trust me, try it & you'll never use any other booking app again Ever!

Stands out from Golf Now as more modern, clean and polished. They add new features regularly to make it more useful. Using Apple sign in and Apple Pay you can go from search to book in like 5 clicks. Slick.

Now has rewards that are actually useful and not like delta skypesos. Customer service goes out of their way if you need them too.

So the initial banner page for the courses show a good, low price.
Then you click on it, expecting to see that exact low price, but that price can’t be found anywhere. Not only that, there is no option for SupremeGolf to show you where it found that low price that it’s displaying, nor in the order of the lowest prices regardless of the date or time showing that exact low price.
The banner photo attached to the course description is also not the photo of the exact course. That is wickedly lazy and misleading.
It claims to search all the prices from all these sites, so why not display that right away so we know which ones we have to deal with when we book it or get to the course.
It’s a bogus App.

SupremeGolf has been an absolute joke for quite some time now. I’ve used SupremeGolf religiously for years up until this point, due to the fact that it now has some many issues it’s become a headache to use. I’ll list just a couple of my main complaints.

1) Nearly every time i go to book a tee time it says that it’s no longer available. This should be the most important figure of this application and it doesn’t work.

2) When i click on a course to look at the details and decide to go back to the course search it redirects me all the way back to the top of the list of courses (it did not do this before) instead of just taking me right back to where I was before so i could continue scrolling down with my search.

Years ago, SupremeGolf had WAY better deals and had courses that i loved to play that no longer appear anymore. I use to rave about SupremeGolf and tell all my golfing buddies about it. I’ve patiently been waiting for about a year for SupremeGolf to improve and win me over again but that hasn’t come close to happening. Therefore, goodbye!

Checked in with the Village Country Club better known as the Mission Golf Club in Vandenberg Village and ended up paying a different rate. The owner said he didn’t even recognize Supreme Golf and that I would have to pay an extra $16 for a cart. I had three fees so I had an additional $48 to my $105 free fees. The owner said he never even heard of Supreme. I think that Supreme should reimburse me the cart fees. Also, recommend they contact the course to validate their business deals. This will be my last reservation with Supreme Golf if I’m not reimbursed. Lessons learn, don’t trust the good deals, check with the golf course before you reserve your tee time.

App is a scam. They charge you 5 dollars of fees and both times I used it, the course didn’t even know my my tee time. So clearly there is no notification of booking from this site. They literally just take 5 dollars for not doing any work... honestly if I were you guys, I would just use it to look at the rates, if you like a course.. call them directly and book. It will save you the 5 dollars SupremeGolf charges in processing and you will know they actually booked it.. SupremeGolf doesn’t give any confirmation or anything from the course letting them know.. absolute garbage app

Hands down the best tee time app on the market. It aggregates all of the commonly used apps into one place and is super easy to use. I uninstalled the others after finding this, and use it every time I’m looking for a tee time. Especially when you find some of the deals they have available.

This has happened 3 times. I have made a reservation through SupremeGolf for a tee time, just to get to the golf course to be told my reservation was overbooked and I had to wait or to find the golf course closed. Why are there available tee times when those slots are sold out or when the golf course is closed? They need to communicate better with the golf course and stay up to date. They also charged me for the tee times that the golf course was closed and I haven’t received a refund.

Was having trouble canceling my reservation but once I got a hold of customer service (number a little hard to find for me) I was able to cancel immediately for a refund. Thank you for the help and understanding and for being the only booking app I will use!

Supreme golf always has great deals and it’s easy to book a round. I recently had an issue with a promo they were running. After a prompt response from their support team, they were able to fix the problem.

I mistakenly made a tee time ( my week) with in the 24 hour cancellation policy, but they were still understanding. More options and better service would recommend supreme over golf now for sure.

App works decent. I have had many issues where I could not book a tee time even though the tee time shows availability. Also support has not responded to these issues I have mentioned to them. I rarely have given bad reviews but having paid for membership the support has not performed at an acceptable standard.

The experience of booking the tee time was amazing and using SupremeGolf on the course was great too! They aren’t giving out score cards due to Covid-19 so SupremeGolf was super helpful in navigating the course and getting distance etc.

I’m nowhere near good enough to justify paying for a membership at decent course, nor do I like the idea of playing the same course over and over again, so SupremeGolf is great for me. I love the variety and flexibility!

Only a couple of items to improve on;

-the fees for booking a solo seem a bit high
-two of my favorite courses have 3 different 9-hole segments, SupremeGolf does not differentiate those, so I have to bounce back and forth between GolfNow or their course website to see which ones apply to each tee time.

I recently dowloaded SupremeGolf , and booked a tee time. Apparently I booked it for the wrong day, missed my reservation, and did not realize it until two days later. I emailed Supreme’s customer service department and was issued a full refund.

I’m a member at my local golf course and literally every other time I try to book a tee time my member rates aren’t showing up. I have to email support (I’ve emailed them at least 10 times regarding this issue) and they come up with some lame excuse and tell me to log out and back in. I’m going to talk to the pro and tell them to go with someone else because supreme golf clearly can’t get their crap together and whoever runs SupremeGolf should be fired and replaced with someone who is competent.

With all the rounds I’ve been able to afford these last couple of months I have noticed leaps in my progress toward shooting par. Thanks to two things...Much practice, and Golf Supreme! Can Y’all also find me a caddie when I make the tour👍

Works great, simple search features, easy to navigate. I have saved money every time I use SupremeGolf. And so far there have been no fees for booking on the courses I have played. Highly recommend

With all of GolfNow and TeeOff’s inventory + thousands more courses and millions more tee times that those two don’t list, seems like it would be a little unintelligent to use anything else to book your tee times. SupremeGolf has it all including GPS and scoring and will be my one-stop-shop in terms of golf from here on out.

Looking forward to more and more growth and continued awesomeness from Supreme Golf! 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
