How to fix Scout Elf app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Scout Elf app on iPhone
Update Scout Elf app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Scout Elf iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Scout Elf on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Scout Elf network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Scout Elf Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Scout Elf not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Scout Elf App
1. On android, goto Settings » Scout Elf » click [Force Stop]

Update Scout Elf to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Scout Elf App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Scout Elf » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Scout Elf.

Fix Scout Elf unable to contact server/ Scout Elf internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Scout Elf » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Scout Elf » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Scout Elf
