Contact Scout Elf Support

I just downloaded this app bc it was suggested in one of my weekly Elf on the Shelf emails. It downloaded just fine onto my device but when I opened the app, it’s blank. I can see where there is the daily photos and favorite tabs, but there are no ideas. Nothing under filter & nothing loading under products. The menu loads, as does the about, help, etc sections under the menu. But I can’t get anything actually helpful to show. I tried restarting my device and removing/reuploading the app.

So this app by far I would love to give five stars to however I'm gearing more towards almost no stars only because as wonderful as the ideas are with those that have more than one Elf or more than one child like I with six children and by the time you get everybody to bed and then you have to worry about doing these fantastic ideas with the elves, it can become very very time-consuming almost even frustrating to the point where you don't have a lot of the supplies that they require of these elves ...they don't sell the cute little books that they have they don't sell the little cute campfires had they sold all of that it would make it easier but they don't

Reason I say it’s not as good as it could be is because I think you should be able to switch between kids and adults anytime and also have more options because once your kids can’t go out or do anything else but then once you’re in adult you can’t you are that go to kids if your kid wants to do it and I think that’s pretty inconvenient and you have to just delete and reinstall the app every single time
