I had been sending several emails with no answer. Back on dec 24th I was not able to download my video and I as charged serveral times on the móviles aplicación. I sent several emails but so far no one answered.
On the Elfyourself site, the House Party application cannot be forwarded to a friend. You can have more.
Spent $5.99 just to get all my videos to mark with #ElfYourself

I loved the app before. It was working great and I was able to produce wonderful little videos until today. I have to produce multiple videos for work event. I paid today $5.99 for in-app purchase to get access to 4 additional videos. To my disappointment all videos I produced and saved after this purchase are marked with huge #ElfYourself fraise in the upper right corner through all videos. If I was changed for the app and production of movies, I don’t need a developer to mark each of my video with the huge words #ElfYourself that destroy my videos. When I made an attempt to contact the developer by using the link provided by developer on the app page in Apple store I only got a blank page. This mean that the developer doesn’t support their application and cannot be contacted. What a waist of good product, time and money. I am ashamed to show to audience elf videos with the developer’s markings that take almost a quarter of the screen.

Do not download or buy
I purchased elf yourself and all 19 dances and just recently upgraded my iPhone to the new 12 Pro, after the latest elf yourself update it is saying I have to purchase all the dances again or pay for a 1 year subscription.
I get that you want to switch to a subscription model, but removing what was already purchased doesn't seem right.
I tried the restore purchases option mentioned in the FAQ, but it still says I need to purchase them. I am signed in as the same Apple account on my iPhone and iPad, but my iPad hasn't updated the app yet and where as my iPhone has, and I can no longer use my purchases on my iPhone.
I contacted support and even sent them a screen shot of the purchase history from my iPhone and screen shots of my iPad which shows that I have made the in app purchases.
This seems wrong to remove purchased items and make people rebut them now under the subscription model.

I bought this app some time ago and I purchased a couple of dances at first, liked it enough to buy the entire lot of dance styles. Then it would ask me to purchase it again as if I hadn't purchased the dances. Then when you ask what's going on, you get no response. The developers for this game are only interested in getting your money again and again and again and again never respond when you inquire why, if iced purchased everything, why am I being asked to repurchase again. Good app, would be great if they’d fix the honest issues of continuing to ask for payment when they’ve received yet don’t respond if there’s an issue. Play and or pay at your own risk. Shame on the developers which are clearly Scrooge’s 💯
