Paid for yearly which is due to renew next month and won’t allow me to continue reading any of the books.
I am having the same payment issues. Want to continue reading but cant get to the next chapter! Please fix or refund my money back.

After months of waiting after numerous requests for help in using the feedback of the app, I finally got a response from Apple when I did a scathingly negative review in the App Store asking me to resubmit feedback using the Novelful app. It only took them over 5 months to respond. Only problem is that everything in my version of the app is gone now and I’m certainly not going to renew a subscription to a company that basically stole my money. Here’s my response to them … I would love to however my subscription expired and I can’t see any of the feedback I sent to Novelful before … everything is gone. I’m not going to renew as I had just renewed before I changed phones. I basically got ripped off of a $79 subscription I paid for by their lack of response or help. I wonder how many other people they’ve screwed like this? Seems that lack of response and failed subscriptions is a common problem with this app when I look at the feedback in the Apple / iTunes Store. Perhaps Apple needs to look at this app and consider discontinuing hosting their app.

I’m extremely disappointed with this app. Every week requesting I subscribe after I have already subscribed. Reaching out to feedback is useless as it takes forever to respond and the fix is only temporary if it is fixed only to run into the issue the following week. They don’t refund your money; I paid for a subscription I can’t use. I was hopeful that after all the other negative feedback with this same issue they would get it together; apparently that isn’t the case.

This app is so messed up paid and having issues reading now. I’m canceling my membership. Hopefully I can find the book on one of the other apps. And for the prices charges that’s also insane. I knew I should have reviews before I paid seems like almost every single person has the same issue over paying a terrible app And poor service. I won’t be giving any good reviews when I’m asked by friends that’s for sure. Worst app ever and the prices are way over priced for a 1star rating
