Really want to read the new เอกเทพ book...this is only one site that have it first...ended up got charged on buying credits on iTunes about $10 but couldn't downloaded the book through it but got charged twice....finally have to use a credit card to pay for....$30 some spent just to read a novel I want
Oh well... hope HytextseBookStore/web doings something to fix it or hope they're getting bad karma for scamming people like this

-ชอบเวอร์ชั่นเก่าๆมากกว่า ตั้งค่าตามใจเราได้มากกว่า เสียอย่างเดียวคือเวอร์ชั่นเก่ากดซื้อจากแอปไม่ได้
-หลายเล่มตั้งราคาสูงกว่าอีบุ๊คร้านอื่น 1$ ขึ้นไป บางเล่มแพงกว่าถึง 4$ ทำให้เลือกที่จะซื้อร้านอื่นแทนที่จะเป็นร้านนี้
-จริงๆแล้วชอบที่จะซื้อกับร้านนี้ เพราะอ่านง่ายและออกเป็นepubเป็นส่วนใหญ่ แต่มีตัวเลือกที่ดีกว่าเรื่องราคาจากร้านอื่นทำให้ไม่ได้ซื้อจากร้านนี้ซึ่งน่าเสียดายมาก
-ไม่มีรายการจัดโปรโมชั่นดึงดูดลูกค้า ตอนนี้ตลาดอีบุ๊ดกำลังขยาย ทำให้ลูกค้าใหม่ๆไม่เลือกที่จะซื้อร้านนี้เหตุเพราะแพงกว่าและไม่มีโปรฯ(ลูกค้าเก่าอาจจะยังคงอยู่)

Great way to read e-book. Yet should fix some bugs and adjust format.
Screen cannot be flipped and last time I couldn't download content I bought onto HytextseBookStore until i re-log in.

Bookmark does not work and it wont adjust the rotating when you have to flip or turn around your phone.

I bought 3 books, and I found one ePub can’t read on my iPhone. So I switch to a browser on my Mac but it turns out I can’t read any books on any browsers ( safari and chrome ).
Then I reach out to the customer service via fb and they reply me quite fast and help me solve the iPhone problem ( now I’m waiting for them to solve my browser problem too )

Anyway I’d say the application itself might not be the best but they have a very good customer Survice team so I’m pretty sure they could be better :-)
I’ll give 5 stars later if I feel HytextseBookStore is improved

Worth to try !! A book price is cheaper than a cup of Starbucks coffee anyway
