Does not work/stopped working

I have been a loyal Des Moines Register and Cyclone Insider subscriber for years and about 2 months ago my Cyclone Insider app stop working. I get an error message every time I try to open the app. My Des Moines Register app works fine until I try and access Cyclone Insider from it and then I get the same error message. I’m beyond frustrated.

Continue to get a loading error. The app will not work on my iPad. After months, still have the same issue.
Still a loading error on my iPad. I have deleted the app and reloaded several times, still the same error. Works fine on my iPhone.
I like the articles but can rarely read because app never loads

I enjoy the content but the app rarely loads. It’s frustrating to get the notifications for articles you would read but can’t because it probably opens for me 20% of the time. I have the latest updates for both iPhone 8 and the app. It simply is poor performing.
