I enjoy the content but CycloneInsider rarely loads. It’s frustrating to get the notifications for articles you would read but can’t because it probably opens for me 20% of the time. I have the latest updates for both iPhone 8 and CycloneInsider . It simply is poor performing.
The stories fail to load. It’s as simple as that. I have tried numerous fixes and even contacted Support, which has failed to respond, much like their app.

I have been a loyal Des Moines Register and Cyclone Insider subscriber for years and about 2 months ago my Cyclone Insider app stop working. I get an error message every time I try to open CycloneInsider . My Des Moines Register app works fine until I try and access Cyclone Insider from it and then I get the same error message. I’m beyond frustrated.
