I had easily over $100 in rewards. But when I go to view or use them, the app is requiring me to transfer to the new app. It asks for my email address thatbwas used to originally sign up, or for my email address assigned to my Facebook account... luckily for me, it’s the same address. But when I enter it, I get an “invalid information” error message. I check it multiple times and no typos. So I click the link to email them if I have issues... but... here we are a week later and not even a response. Go to look up a phone number to call customer support, there isn’t one listed.
I’m giving it to the end of this week, if they don’t contact me or get this resolved, I just won’t eat there again... I live in Honolulu... I have LOTS of BBQ restaurant options aside from Gyu-Kaku... the reward program was actually the reason I always chose them over the other places. This wouldn’t be a big deal for a couple bucks, but over $100 worth of rewards... gone.

You didn’t bother telling customers that points now expire on 2/1 until 2/1! I just lost 363 POINTS WITHOUT ANY NOTICE. That’s $363 of my business down the drain. Awful customer service and business practices right here. Not the first time this restaurant has been shady about stuff either, like their previously unposted unconventional happy hour hours. Ugh. This isn’t surprising but is very disappointing.
Plus that whole “$10 off $30 of you go to news and offers tab with in 48 hours” is a lie. I went there just one hour after downloading this update but got a “no new news or offers” message.

I had seen the email about rewards expiring and planned on using my points before the new expiration policy. I know I had 500 points, equivalent to $25 off my next meal previously that I have not used yet. I went to check today and was asked to input my email and name and was greeted with a Welcome to Gyu-Kaku. There is only 100 points now. I would like to know what happened to my points and if there is a way I could get them back as they have not expired yet according to the new announcement. I’d like my rewards back.
