Pitt Panthers Gameday Reviews

I can download PittPanthersGameday but is soon as I try to open it it disconnects. It takes my phone back to the home screen. Does the same thing to my husbands phone. Not good!

While PittPanthersGameday is functional, albeit absurdly slow, I have to give it one star because it DESTROYS phone battery with its constant use of location services. While the idea of special event notifications is interesting, perhaps they could access your location "While Using PittPanthersGameday," or implement geofencing. Either way, until this is fixed, this is a one star app for me. Sincerely, a dissatisfied undergrad.

In order for me to watch the Pitt/NC football game, it took 10 minutes to figure out that Raycom Sports affiliate for Pgh is WTAE. Why not list the local channels on an app that is going to mostly be used locally? I missed the GT game last week because there was a network listed that I had never heard of, only to figure out later that it was AT&T Sports Net. Takes forever to load, slow and uses too much battery power.

What a piece of crap. PittPanthersGameday description is nothing like the actual app. Sometime since the Syracuse game t he old Pitt Gameday disappeared & this one is soooooooo weak. Big deal that it has schedule& rosters, but not the stuff that to fans. No scores. No audio. What’s the point. Bring back the old gameday.

Requires an account to use PittPanthersGameday but there’s no way to set up an account. Ridiculous!

I purposely put PittPanthersGameday on my phone so I could get quick updates on football scoring. There are no scores on PittPanthersGameday.

Great idea for an app, but seriously? The audio steaming stops when you leave PittPanthersGameday or lock your phone? Ridiculous. Talk about wasting all your battery having to have the screen on just to listen.

Work well for what I typically use to for...Check scores and stats and highlights. Live game streaming should be considered

First off, the good news: PittPanthersGameday works. It’s awesome to be able to listen to my Panthers games from Texas! That said, PittPanthersGameday is a bit rough around the edges. For example, it doesn’t use system audio settings, so you won’t be able to control audio from the homescreen.

Can listen to Hillgrove and the broadcast from here in Saudi. That's all I could ask for. Downloaded quickly and started without complaint.

Great app for what I use it, mainly to check scores, stats, highlights & schedules.

I like PittPanthersGameday but it was next to impossible to sign into it. It said I already had an account. And when I couldn’t remember my info. It wouldn’t let me update it. The only way I could get in was by opening a Facebook account which I didn’t have or want in order to get in. I hope you make it easier because I like to keep up with Pitt. But don’t want to have to go through all this effort to do it!!
