A Useless App!

this app has proven to be a totally useless App and a “waste of time” as the advertised deals are never available! Photons are uselessly flying to find deals that have expired as soon as they had come in or probably were never there to begin with, and it is just a big trick to bring people on Hitlist site to waste their time. I travel extensively for pleasure and am very flexible on my date and time for travels. I have been looking at this app for more than two years but yet to find anything useful that I can buy. Most of the times the deals are either expired or the flights are so useless with the long and many connections rendering the deals really useless. Many times it is on the useless connections by Spirit and Frontier airlines that no one wants to fly as they charge for everything after you buy a ticket, resulting in to a useless deals. One is better off doing a regular google search for the flights and get much better deals. I will now be deleting Hitlist as it is uselessly occupying real estate on my phone. Enough wasted time! Bye!

No support and premium option broken

I downloaded Hitlist 3 days ago because I was interested in the ability to filter deals to a specific set of airlines, which is something lacking in other apps. This is supposedly available in this app as a premium option. However, every time I try to subscribe to the premium option, I get an error that it is unable to load products from the Apple Store. I tried using the in-app contact form to report the error, but have gotten no response. I then tried sending an email to the address provided in Hitlist , and my email was bounced back from that address as having been flagged as spam. If the premium option is broken, and there is no support to even help a user be able to pay this company money, I’m doubtful of this company’s ability to provide a quality product in general.

Great idea, needs some refinements.

I just signed up for their membership so I’ll have more to report on that in a month, but there free version is pretty good. The idea behind Hitlist is great: Find cheap flights. Overall interface is nice. Flight deals take awhile to load though and more times then not I’m greeted with, “this deal no longer exits.” The main thing they need to focus on is Airline Preference. Hitlist should automatically ONLY load my preferences. I have to click this every time. this app could be a great app for helping people achieve medallion status with airlines.

Obsessed!

Hitlist is everything I ever dreamed of and more. You can’t pick specific dates to fly but if you’re one who can plan ahead around your flight details then this is Hitlist for you! Just booked 6 days to see my friend and spent 80 bucks + 14 travel insurance and it was a deal I couldn’t pass up!

Great concept, terrible execution

I love the interface of Hitlist and how in theory you can pick from curated lists for spontaneous getaways to places you might not have thought of. However, I have YET to find a deal on the home screen that hasn’t come back with a message saying “this deal is no longer available”. What’s the point if the advertised prices and flights don’t exist? Very disappointed that I haven’t been able to get further the homepage searching stage, let alone to the booking stage!

Dreaming of traveling

Hit list gives me a complete and concise break down of cost flight time layovers and what airline is taking me to my destination.I can plan a quick trip or dream about touring the world finding myself everywhere I go. Because wherever you go there you are.
Keep the dream alive and plan ahead.

Not useful

Deleted it right away for a few reasons. I live in Tel Aviv and the cheapest airfares are usually on airlines I won’t fly (Turkish, Aeroflot). So being unable to filter them out would mean getting lots of useless alerts. Also the feature to enter where you’ve already traveled has no menu. I’d literally have to type in every city and country I’ve been to. Way too much work. It might work nicely but it’s not for me.

Already traveling to Paris

I downloaded Hitlist a month or so ago and because of it, booked a trip Paris in October. It’s nice to see that saving up to travel across the world is doable. It’s also nice to know there are weekend flights to cities for a quick get away. It’s fun to dream up the possibilities with Hitlist.

Thought it was a scam

Sooo I had to ask my girl like three times before I bought the ticket. It’s for real and I got my confirmation. So I’m good. Hopefully I can find more flights on the dates I need for my other trips.

What’s your Instagram so I can tag y’all?
Thanks Hit list!

Deals disappear too quick!

I tried to find a weekend deal for my birthday but either the deal wouldn’t load or it disappeared when I tapped it. Then I go back to previous page and it’s still there. So either the main pages are not up to date or Hitlist is not working. I tried at least 10 deals and only one them worked. I don’t believe they all sold out that quick. Though if they did, then Hitlist is useless.

Great for planning a Trip

Makes it easy to put together a quick trip with options you didn’t even think of with features such as Weekend Getaway

Great deals but not always

Sometimes a price is listed and then you click on it and its a different price. Its because sites are constantly updating and sometimes this app can’t keep up. Got my hopes up a few times. But i have had good luck and suggested Hitlist to friends.

Book button won’t work

Very disappointed. All was going nicely in choosing flights, til I tried to hit the BOOK button. Nothing would happen. So I hit “Send me a reminder” which sent me an email link of the flights I wanted. I opened that email and clicked that link and got to a page with my trip info but, again, no way to seal the deal and actually book it.
So I just used Google flights, which I have always had good luck with.

Great for finding places to travel to

Hitlist gives great suggestions on where to travel to. I have not booked anything using this app which is why I only rated 4 stars. Also find cheap flights!!

Little hard to understand Hitlist at first as far as UI/UX but it’s pretty easy to figure out!

Great app only one thing

I love Hitlist it’s amazing and makes planning for a great vacation easy, although lately I have been getting kicked out of Hitlist back to my home screen every time I open Hitlist I hope there’s a new update coming out soon to get rid of it.
