Zolo Real Estate Apartments Reviews

So slow, laggy, and crashes whenever I try to filter something. This shouldn’t be that hard. Are there other real estate apps for Canadians?

One of the buggiest apps I've ever seen!!! It hangs regularly, crashes often and worst of all just recently when you do a search on properties for sale, when you press to go to the next page, it shows you rentals in that area, if you go to the page after, it'll show sales again!! Until the end of your shortest list. So for example say total sales in an area is 500 but there are only 250 rentals, when you page through your list pages alternate between sales and rentals, until you get to your last page of rentals (which is the shorter list) and then you can't page anymore!! This application drives me nuts. Hope you guys improve it and fix these crazy issues.

Doesn’t show rent files

Unfortunately ZoloRealEstateApartments doesn’t work. Shame. I would like a camp in Canada.

It looks good for buying but since I am only looking for rentals (and there are NO rentals?!?) ZoloRealEstateApartments gets one star.

There’s never a direct number to call, when you get hold of someone, they promise to call back and never do. Looks fraudulent to me.

I really want to like ZoloRealEstateApartments, but it is not user friendly and freezes all. The. Time.

It always says I have an alert no matter how often I clear them. And I get so many alerts from houses in areas I don’t want or at prices I can’t afford.
If I put more than 2 parameters into the filter it freezes. You can’t search an address, only areas. You can’t remove saved homes from your list, they stay there until they’re sold, and even then, they just shift to another list. So if you want to look up a house you like, it is a lot of freezing, or a lot of scrolling.
And if you want to share a property you found with someone else...they have to open a Zolo account.

ZoloRealEstateApartments has potential, but right now it is all kinds of frustrating.

Freezes , can’t search with filters. If you’re used to using Zillow this will frustrate the crap out of you

This is one of the few iOS apps that lets you search for homes in Canada. It all worked well until I started trying to search for homes via the map. The search locks to whatever you searched for last, or your location and only shows homes in that area, no matter where you scroll on the map. For instance, when using Trulia, even if I search for homes in LA via the search bar, if I scroll to Miami on he map it will still show homes in Miami.

There’s a plethora of other bugs, mostly minor, such as a banding effect when scrolling through images and when I first downloaded ZoloRealEstateApartments , all of my filters would reset when I pressed done. It took closing ZoloRealEstateApartments a few times to fix this. The bug mentioned paragraph 1, however, is the most crippling in my experience.

Nevertheless, ZoloRealEstateApartments is one of a kind as I can’t find any other like it unless I use Safari, so it gets a 3rd star. You guys have something good going here. I look forward to seeing what ZoloRealEstateApartments turns into in the future. Keep it up!

Bug - Filters don’t work when i click on map. When i click on map, it shows all the homes in that area.

Feature - I wish it could have x-out feature as they have favorite, so that i know which homes i rejected.

Feature - I wish there is an option to connect/see all favorite open houses in app map. It’s a pain first to look for addresses in zolo app and then enter it one by one in phone maps.

Can do more on adding filters

This offers the Canadian equivalent of Zillow. As such it is an excellent tool. But there are some frustrating shortcomings, especially where notifications and filtering are concerned. I hope The company updates and improves ZoloRealEstateApartments . This could be a very popular app. Even as it is now, I find it irreplaceable.

Excellent App

ZoloRealEstateApartments is great and very easy to navigate, and wonderful for looking at homes. I was struggling to be able to get my Zillow app to stay in Canada, it was only working on my computer but I prefer using my phone. Zolo was listed in Google as the best app to use for looking at homes in Canada which I needed since I am moving back soon. I have never used a better app. The only thing I would suggest is adding a mètres option so people can select a city they want to live in or around by being able to set a within range.

I find ZoloRealEstateApartments very useful.

Great app extremely useful

You can literally find everything you need on ZoloRealEstateApartments , if you are looking for any house in any area in GTA this is app is very easy to use .

Look for further. ZoloRealEstateApartments has arguable the most fluid user interface for searching for real estate listings with all relevant information a user would require in making a decision on buying or renting a property. I find the google street view feature and schools details plus ranking extremely useful. The only issue i will highlight is that the school ranking is based on the 2014 Fraser report and needs to be updated to the current ranking
