Hi! I am a pro member and am wondering what’s up with Canva crashing? It works on my computer but not on my phone. When I open a project and do anything, it resets and I cannot complete a task. —Miranda
Whenever I want to create a template of my own using the custom size,After I type in the sizes of the width and height,it keeps on telling me that my width has an invalid value,and that I I need to Enter a valid value,I really need you guys to rectify this
I’m having an issue with Canva on the iPhone app. When I try to select photos from my camera roll it will only show the first few recents and it wont let me scroll down past that. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled, rebooted the phone, and signed in on a different iPhone and had the same problem. I can use the website through safari and upload photos with no problem.
