I have been using these 7 minute workouts for a while and recommending it to my friends, however, this latest update is annoying and I am now looking for a replacement.
CARDIOHeartHealthFitness now has running ads along the bottom including video with sound that you cannot turn off and so you will get random talking in the middle of the workout.
