It has been several weeks since I had the below issue and still have not gotten a response to my last email to support. I spent a lot of money on this game and truly enjoyed playing it. It is highly disappointing that a company would keep your money and not try to help a long time customer. HIGHLY disappointed in how they handle their business. Don’t waste your money with them because if you have an issue they will rob you of any money you have spent with them. I would give them no starts if I could simply because of this issue.

I bought a new phone and when everything was transferred over I lost everything. I reached out to customer service and got the typical response of turn this off, add this but of course that did not resolve the issue. I have foolishly spent a ton of money on this game by buying coins and boosters and it’s all gone.

This is my favorite game, but after the recent updates it’s unplayable. This happens sometimes and I just wait it out until it’s sorted, but it’s been about a week now and I’m on the verge of deleting it. Please fix these issues so I can play my favorite game again.

I edited my rating from three stars to one for several reasons. After months of waiting for the glitches to be resolved, I’m tired of holding out hope.

* The weekly challenges don’t work
* The town square gives challenges, then they disappear while you’re playing them
* The challenges on the town square show up one at a time, so if there’s three of them, I have to go to the square three separate times
* No new levels in months
* As soon as a weekly challenge ends it knocks me back to the first level on cloud city
* It disconnected from Facebook and the button to sign back on has turned into a string of letters and numbers
* I have to click on the Juice Jam icon several times before the game will actually open

These aren’t the only issues, just the worst. What the actual hell is going on over there? Did you hire high school students to do your coding? Get yourselves together!

The developer continue to change the game to make it harder to beat the levels and gain any advantage outside of spending hundreds of dollars. I understand there is a need to profit but it keeps getting worse. Before I could watch an ad and get 5 more moves and now I’m only rarely offered 2. I have been playing this game for more than 2 years but the latest change feels like it might be the last straw. The animation drains my battery and drags on much too long but I put up with it since I liked the challenge. However playing a game that you have no chance to win is just disappointing. I can find something else to spend my time with makes game play a priority rather than only thinking of ways to pull even more funds from fed up players.

I love this game... well, I used to, until I reached level 248. The level is actually impossible to complete. I have no clue how people have reached the final levels of this game. The worst part is the fact that this isn’t marked as a hard level. It took over 30 tries and I’m still stuck! The constant lagging makes it worse, and it feels like it crashes when it knows I might win the level, so it’s possibly rigged. It also only gives me 24 moves. I would have been fine with 30 moves, but 24? That’s way too little, and I also have no boosters! I don’t want to buy them. I also have no coins. And when I watch an ad for extra moves, it lags and gives me a black screen! I’m very sorry, but I might delete this game.

I’ve been playing for years, since 2015 it’s been a staple on my phone. I have gotten up to over level 3000. Then I log in this week and it’s lost all of my progress. I contact support and they give me my levels back but it’s not like restoring what I’ve lost. I’ve lost all my stars, my cards, my characters, my trucks, my town square decorations etc. so it’s pretty much like starting over. And now the game has ads. So I’m starting to think it was an error with a new update or with all the changes they just made to the game. If I had all my true progress and everything I would have gladly paid to be ad free but now.. after 7 years down the drain. I’m like what’s the use.

So the game itself is fun. They’ve added new features over the years to try to keep things interesting. BUT!!! I find it super annoying that sometimes when I beat a level the game freezes and restarts, making me lose my win streak.. and it’s super frustrating when it’s a really tough level, too (ones that you have to use items or money on.. the money ends up being wasted :/)

I love the sound effects but I think the game would be so much better if you could mute the voice that constantly says “smooth move.” I don’t want to mute the sound effects, just the voice! It takes me out of the immersion of the game to have her repeat certain phrases 4 times in a row.

Other than those points, I still enjoy the game and the art is beautiful. I just wish those aspects could be improved on.

This was a fun app that I have used (and purchased from!) throughout the past year or so. I recently uploaded the new update and now it is horrible — it rarely loads properly, shuts down or freezes in the middle of a level, and regularly disrupts play. It also did not reload my daily goals feature and I lost all progress, though I could live with that if JuiceJamMatch3PuzzleGame continued to work. I have an iPhone X and the newest iOS system so I have to assume the issues are with JuiceJamMatch3PuzzleGame itself as my phone is up to date and every other app works perfectly.

I eventually had to delete JuiceJamMatch3PuzzleGame . It just wasn’t working and caused more frustration than it was worth. I’ll never give this company any more money unless they fix their programs — what a waste to have to delete everything just because the update wasn’t workable.

2/26 update - What happened? Juice Jam used to have a 15 min turnaround with lives, now it’s back to the original 30 minutes, and there’s no option to watch videos anymore for an extra life? Otherwise great game, but latest update is not good.

Edit - Juice jam was quick in responding to my ticket and restored my levels, although they did not restore my power-ups or coins. That earns a 4 star rating.

Oh this is so frustrating!! The game froze on me and I had to delete and reinstall, thinking everything was backed up via Facebook. Well when I logged back in I was set back by 200+ levels!!! And lost all of my coins and almost 50 power ups!! This game has always been my favorite, but this is a real letdown. Why wasn’t it saving through Facebook???

I tend to play games obsessively for a few weeks, then get bored with them and move on. I’ve been playing this one for a few years now, so it’s definitely a winner! The game was a bit glitchy on my iPhone 6, but I just upgraded to a XR and it works fine now. The only complaint I have is JuiceJamMatch3PuzzleGame is a battery sucker! I don’t play much during my hour-long lunch break anymore because I won’t have enough power left for the rest of the day without charging. I play regularly after work with my phone plugged in, and it’s great to pass the time when waiting in line or a doctor’s office waiting room.

If a future update reduces the battery suckage to a reasonable level, I’ll give it 5 stars in a heartbeat!

It’s like every other match game, but way better! For starters, I have not seen ONE glitch [like y’all salty people are talking about], and the game itself is “berry” fun! Plus, the card spin thing makes it so much more entertaining! It’s not just a match game, it’s a collecting game! The win streak gives you power ups, which help motivate me to play. The only problem I have with this game is when it gives you a free booster, it makes you use it at the beginning of the level. [Mostly just a problem when I’m out of boosters.] DEFINITELY a must download!

I’ve been playing this game for years. As much as I obviously love it,
I do think that they purposely keep you stuck on some levels to force you to make purchases.
I’ve been stuck for weeks on a level that is almost impossible to win. When that happens I stop playing because it’s not fun anymore.
Also although I am logged in through Facebook, I always have different coin amounts and boosters on my IPhone and IPad. I’ve written to them to please fix it but IMO, as I don’t make any purchases, they’ve basically ignored my requests.

Many of the functions do not work, rewards are not consistent, booster use is very penalizing. Don’t have the time to name all the flaws, but I have contacted tech support numerous times with little or no resolution to the problems. Mostly their reply is “ we are aware of the issues and are working on them”. I have been getting this sort of messages for months! Hope they address these soon, as I could really enjoy playing if it worked as it should. I really enjoy, and utilize the ads that are associated with this game.

**Update-you literally responded with what I asked you not to. I CANNOT double tap my phone and then swipe up to close because the game LOCKS UP MY ENTIRE PHONE. I have to HARD RESET IT BY HOLDING THE POWER AND HOME BUTTON.** I’m going to have to delete this game. Recently, when an ad is finished and I try to click the x, the screen turns black, except for the x and 2 other symbols, and freezes. It won’t respond at all, my home button won’t respond, I lose all use of my phone until I hard reset it. It takes longer than usual for my phone to reset, which I consider not only inconvenient, but dangerous as well. Please don’t ask me to refer to the close an app page on Apple support, that is irrelevant to my issue. My entire phone locks up-this is a serious issue that needs correction.

I’ve played this game for over a year on and off. It’s great to tune out the world and relax. A couple glitches the game maker needs to work on: there communication is horrible at responding to problems I’ve had with the game. They send an email that they will be contacting me within 48 hours then never contact me. There has been multiple times I have played games that ended with rewards and the game froze and didn’t give the rewards, therefore no rewards (boosters) received because customer service doesn’t bother to reply. It’s a bit frustrating. Overall very fun though.

I am currently on level 1,405 and I love this game just as much as I did on level 1. There are no ads, which is rare in games lately. I have no need or desire to spend any real money on the game, since in game coins are easy to obtain and different challenges give you boosts if you need them later. I've never been stuck on a level too terribly long, which I had a problem with on other games like Candy Crush. The animation is adorable and pretty high quality for a free app with no ads. I've been playing this game for over two years and it's still my favorite phone game! Yay Juice Jam!

I luv this game but im sick of playing for a couple days & then running out of levels !!!! Why cant they add more then 10 at a time ?? I cant be the only one complaining bout this ! Otherwise the game is the best just have to find some other game to play the other half of the week ! Also u start ur events & i never get to finish the event cuz i have nuthing to play.
For instance, right now i have 40 hrs of free play w/ nuthing to play !!!😡

These reviews never send ! Fri u added new levels finaly after a wk of waiting & i finished them in like 12 hrs. Come on already ! I hate doing the 5 levels over & over cuz tgeres nuthing to play. Fricken fantastic game but u realy should put more effort into it !

I have enjoyed playing Juice Jam for a couple of years now. Lately I have noticed issues with buttons on iOS 12.3.2. No matter how many times you click them, they don't work. For example, sometimes when I click the blue "watch-a-commercial-for-five-more-turns" button, it depresses but does not launch the commercial. And yesterday I could not play ay all because the green "Claim" button on the Event Completed pop-up would not close the window. It's a bummer when the buttons don't work. But other than that, Juice Jam is a good time-waster when you just want a break for a while!

This game has been great to me for years now still playing. But since the last update this game has given me so much frustration! I go to play the game but then it takes me to a blank screen it doesn’t open correctly Nd I have had to delete and reinstall multiple times just to play now 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ plzzzz Fix this!! I uninstalled the game for almost a year now, but I missed it so much so I reinstalled it today and I’m sad to say that nothing has been fixed😔 it’s still not loading properly. I click play and as soon as I think it’s goin to load I get a blank screen😔😔 why haven’t you guys fixed any of this?!?!?

I downloaded this game in hopes of having a new match 3 that would keep me busy for a while at a time. However, that’s not what happened. It’s been nothing but issues from day one. The game doesn’t load right. So I restart my tablet, still doesn’t load right. Then if by chance it does load right, it takes quite some time to load. And then it acts as though you can turn your tablet on its side, but then when you do, it either doesn’t flip, or it goes in the other direction. It just seems to be a waste of my time, and space on my tablet. I’m severely disappointed, especially after having such good luck with Cookie Jam.

I’ve played a bunch of different match 3 games, like probably at least a dozen, and this one is my favorite. There are more ways to combine the pieces than other games, and the graphics are really cute, in my opinion. I will admit that I’ve gotten occasional glitches, but mostly things like, ‘Here, have a dozen free lives with no explanation as to why.’ I think the glitch there was just a lack of explanation, so I am in no way complaining. Also, I too love crackers, so Mango (who I’m pretty sure is a dog) speaks to my soul.
