I was invited to a product presentation from a company that uses this software. I was able to download UnifyCircuit on my iPad Pro. However there is no guest access. UnifyCircuit requires a user name and password which I do not have as a guest.

I then tried to access it directly from my PC. Since I am working from home due to COVID-19 I need to go through the company VPN. I was able to get the presentation to run on Chrome, for just a few minutes. The screen from the presenter was one of 4. The view was very small and I could not see the slides. When I tried to click to enlarge the screen it went blank and there was no way to return to the previous view.

This may be a great piece of software for team collaboration among registered users. As a sales presentation tool I would be ashamed to use this for my clients.

If I could give UnifyCircuit 0 stars, That would be too generous. However the minimum rating is 1. I am not able to sign in, and UnifyCircuit doesn’t even recognize my email address.

My company force fed this on us and it is horrible. I’m embarrassed to have my customers use it.

1. It’s lags.
2. I have to keep entering my password.
3. It logs me out and I have to go thru secure sign in
4. Customers can join

Avoid!! My organization adopted UnifyCircuit and we have had no end of difficulties. Circuit works sporadically and cannot be relied upon.

Speaker keeps turning off during my meetings. My colleagues are having the same issue. Please fix.

This is terrible, poor interface and the connection quality is horrific. Circuit is a joke.

The phone as well as the desktop app are simply horrible. I feel like my reputation is changing to someone who is constantly late to meetings. This is what UnifyCircuit will do to you. Our admins start setting up meetings 15 (!!!) minutes in advance to have time dealing with updates, issues etc. If UnifyCircuit is working (usually you spend the first 5 to 10 minutes of the meeting dealing with various issues...) UnifyCircuit is fine. Your organization WILL loose productivity if you decide to start using this software.

Do not get this software, we tried this to use for video and traditional conference calls without customers. The customers cannot get it to work for them, are always confused, dial in by phone numbers are always busy or do not connect.

I’m in a meeting and suddenly the speaker turns off. This happens several times during the course of a meeting. I’m not sure, but maybe it’s linked to when people are joining or leaving the meeting (?)

You can choose to use the speakerphone but not AirPods. Furthermore, if another Apple like the alarm app goes off it disrupts the current headphone source and you are forced to leave the call and come back to it.

UnifyCircuit is great for woking with teams. I find I use email less and less. New features are always being added and UnifyCircuit continues to improve.

I love the updated app with all the new features. The seamless way it combines audio, video, messaging and screen sharing has helped my team respond more quickly and fosters more teamwork. Seamlessly moving calls between UnifyCircuit and my desktop makes it easy for me to transition between work sites.

Product is difficult to navigate, audio sources switch every use. Bandwidth requirements are so high most remote users cannot share screen without choppy audio. Chat conversations are difficult to use, easy to miss that someone has sent a message. Product integration with Outlook calendar is spotty (routinely have to restart Outlook to get app in Ribbon). If you haven’t started implementing don’t if you have my condolences.
