I loved the concept of HabitStreaks and the price for the upgrade is reasonable I think compared to what's out there in this market. I think the themes are gorgeous and I'd really love HabitStreaks to work. I'd probably use it daily. Unfortunately, as another reviewer pointed out in October (and I wish I'd read their review before buying), HabitStreaks does crash if you close the program completely. It restarts from the tutorial and all of your habits (and completion history) are gone, so it's impractical for long-term use.

The FAQs link in HabitStreaks turned up zero results so I'm not sure how to notify HabitStreaks developer that this is an issue without leaving a review. If you are careful to not close HabitStreaks completely, you can probably still get a lot of enjoyment out of using this product. For long-term use and the accidental phone shutdown or if you regularly close out your programs, then this is probably not HabitStreaks for you (until fixed). Thank you for reading.

Needed a simple habit tracker and HabitStreaks seemed to do the trick, not super elaborate and allowed for notifications. I installed HabitStreaks , upgraded it so that I could do more than 3 habits and set all my notifications. Perfect! This evening, as I’m contemplating life as many do past the midnight hour, I wanted to add just one more new habit. All originally configured habits had been wiped clean and I was back at the over elaborate overview portion that dumped me into the super generic walk through. Oh, and it lost my upgrade. Then I said, don’t judge to quickly, I had it of mine that I had been tracking, so I reach out to their support. They have a chat feature within HabitStreaks , doesn’t work, worthless. Once I find I stable habit app, the first habit I will add is to avoid this garbage.

I came here after being frustrated with HabitStreaks "Streaks" and found much more functionality here. The big one for me was the option to make the start of a day later than midnight and the ability to have unlimited goals whereas "Streaks" limits you to 6. My only problem with HabitStreaks is the lack of polish in the user interface that makes "Streaks" so much more aesthetically pleasing. If you could combine the best of both apps, you'd really have something. But I'd take HabitStreaks's function over the other's fashion any day.

Every single time you close out of HabitStreaks , it brings you back to the tutorial and deletes all of your data. I’ve paid for the full version and it even prompts you to upgrade again. This would be an amazing app if it actually worked. When the developers fix this glitch I will update my review, until then don’t waste the $3.99 like I did. I am not going to leave HabitStreaks running in the background of my phone in order to keep my habits and data. Even if I chose to do so, knowing me, I would accidentally close it and lose everything.

I've only had this one day so far but it's what I've been looking for. Very simple to use and for some reason I look forward to being able to swipe so I do what's on my list so I can!

Started with the free version to see if I liked it. Loaded in my 3 habits and marked off what I had done. Closed HabitStreaks and opened it again to find it had deleted all my data and started me over from the “getting started” screen. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but the same thing happens. There is obviously an error in HabitStreaks which makes it completely useless.

The new database update is causing HabitStreaks not to function. I have an iPhone 6S. It says "loading habits," but after that, a message comes up that says "An error occurred. Please make sure you are connected to the internet." It shows every single time, no matter whether or not I'm connected via Wifi. Please fix this!!!

I will bring my original review back once this issue has been fixed.

UX needs a touch up (wording can be confusing). Graphics and themes aren’t pretty. There are 3 nice gradient themes that don’t seem to unlock even though I’m pretty sure I completed the goals that require them. HabitStreaks hasn’t been optimized for high res devices so everything appears large. Sorta does its job when its working

Really like the idea of HabitStreaks and the implementation, but every time HabitStreaks fully closes it loses all of my data. When I re-open it it goes through the “first time user tutorial” again. The FAQ won’t load, and the support chat option insists that I have no internet connection despite being on WiFi and no other app having a problem.

Already set up HabitStreaks this am. Went back to it and it was in set up all over again. Now, I’m writing this review for a new color scheme. AND, it costs $3.99 to upgrade past three habits. #yourewelcome

I was very excited about HabitStreaks and immediately bought the upgrade but HabitStreaks crashes and deletes all of my habits every single time I open HabitStreaks on my iPhone XR. Their FAQ and send message/chat function doesn’t even work, it comes up with a message send failure error when I have perfectly good connection. I want a refund please.

I downloaded HabitStreaks and it worked great until I bought the full version. Every time I close HabitStreaks it makes me start over from scratch and deleted all of my information that I had put in before. It also refuses to restore my purchase every time it resets.

Looks solid, but on my first habit I wanted to turn in reminders. When I went to turn the reminder switch to on, a add popped up for the premium version stating that I can track up to 3 habits in the free version. This is fine, but it won’t let me toggle the reminder switch. Later I went into settings and turned in reminders, I’m assuming this is globally and not merely my main habit.

Thanks, looking forward to using HabitStreaks more.

Started using it and tracking my progress. Woke up this morning and all my habits were gone and the tutorial had started over.

I have an iPhone 8. Started with the free edition, but every time I closed HabitStreaks and opened it again, it was back to the getting started screen. So I paid for it - and it’s THE SAME THING! I’ve deleted it and reinstalled - nothing. I tried the Chat - it just gives me an error about connectivity. Where is the fix, please?

Needs some work to be reliable.
Sync is horrible. I watched a Habit list vanished during sync.
Recommend icloud sync.

Like the reviewer before me, I wish I would have read previous reviews before purchasing HabitStreaks.

The interface is attractive and easy to use. I was really loving this until I shut it down the first time. When I did, I lost all my habits, all my data and apparently the money I spent on the subscription.

I tried to chat the developer and that feature doesn’t seem to be working.

It’s a shame because this really could be a cute little app.

HabitStreaks is amazing, and does everything you need it to: except it needs individual reminders for each habit. Other than that it's a perfect app.

I have been looking for an app that was like a progression format to do list and this looks great, I like winning the new themes lol

After updating my software on my iPhone, it didnt function. Since my habbits werent loaded and it kept saying loading habits, i uninstalled my app and then reinstalled. Even if i had pro, it asked me to pay for pro version again!!! I decided to contact customer support but i have never get replied.
Please fix this!!!!!!

I paid $3.99 for the upgrade because I live the concept. Unfortunately, I’m not able to edit previous days and the calendar automatically fills them in for me.
Please tell me how to do this.
I’m not super impressed right now.
