My Poloska app was removed from my iphone to save space however when I tried to re-download it I found it has been removed from the App Store (at least for the UK market) is there anywhere else I can access this app.

How to fix Poloska app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Poloska app on iPhone
Update Poloska app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Poloska iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Poloska on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Poloska network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Poloska Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Poloska not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Poloska App
1. On android, goto Settings » Poloska » click [Force Stop]

Update Poloska to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Poloska App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Poloska » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Poloska.

Fix Poloska unable to contact server/ Poloska internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Poloska » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Poloska » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
