This program is only helpful if you've never read any literature about weight loss, healthy eating, or exercise before. It is incredibly basic, and far too expensive for what equates to a lot of articles you could read online and a chat room where people are asking basic questions and getting disinterested answers from a nutritionist. I was hoping to have a more personalized experience with a health coach who was actively coaching, but the whole experience felt so cold and uncomfortable that I had no buy in. Worst of all, the payment schedule and setup made no sense, and they're still charging me. Do yourself a favor and hire a health coach that cares. The money wasted on SecondNature could be much better spent on a service that at least pretends to care.

I just submitted my payment for the 12-week plan and as I enter my full name and then try to select start date, there isn’t a calendar / selection behind it and SecondNature shuts down for me. Tried 4-5 times in the last 30 minutes.

I paid for the program and selected start date but won't let me move forward without my address but no place to enter.

They take the money out of your account but refund if you cancel during your free trial. Not sure how that constitutes a “free trial”.
