App can’t load tickets

Bought the tickets through südtirolmobil but after the while, südtirolmobil can’t connect to the server so the tickets bought can’t be found. Tried for a few hours and had to rebuy the tickets. Such an impractical app.
Tickets don’t work

Used südtirolmobil 4 or 5 times to takes busses around Bolzano and the tickets wouldn’t work on the bus. Luckily the drivers were very nice and waved us through since we had proof of payment. But sometimes even in südtirolmobil I’d bring up my tickets and the QR code would fail to render. Also, when traveling with a family it was difficult to buy tickets because every time we made a purchase we had to re-enter all or our names and payment information. Would be nice if that was saved to make it faster to buy last minute tickets at the bus stop.
‘server not available’ error when trying to purchase tickets

Error has existed for several days. App is up-to-date, on iOS. This should be a priority 1 fix, but as far as I can tell, the development doesn’t seem to be aware or care.
