How to fix TruNews app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the TruNews app on iPhone
Update TruNews app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall TruNews iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix TruNews on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve TruNews network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

TruNews Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix TruNews not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the TruNews App
1. On android, goto Settings » TruNews » click [Force Stop]

Update TruNews to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear TruNews App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » TruNews » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart TruNews.

Fix TruNews unable to contact server/ TruNews internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click TruNews » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto TruNews » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch TruNews
