As much as I wanted to have. Small town bank - this is just too far behind in technology. The fact that I have to have a delegate app for each account AND my debit card is beyond ridiculous. I am in the process of changing banks.
Also - when writing this review - I have no idea what is being said as it is typing white letters in a white screen.
I would rate you a zero if I could.

I’ve been using the app/online banking and it’s very good. The issue is I bought an Apple iPad and the on line system doesn’t recognize my new device. That’s great , good security. The problem is the app has an issue and the bank doesn’t care. I was told to just go through the website each time. Why have a smartphone with apps when the provider doesn’t care. Ditto many times. Ridiculous !!!!

Works fine for most basic things. However, the inability to add a memo comment to bill pay is terribly restrictive. (having to use the full website is painful and not sufficient for what should be an easy fix/option). Also, the fact that I can’t add in a decimal point but have to enter in extra zeros to make it go to dollars is simply mind-boggling! Allow me to enter a decimal point when specifying dollar amounts for Pete’s sake. 386 should be $386, not $3.86 by default. Allowing the use of a decimal point would be a sufficient fix IMHO.
