Clip2Comic: Cartoon Yourself Reviews

OK so I’ve been wanting a profile picture and I was trying to find something I could relate to cartoon so I tried Clip2Comic didn’t exactly give me the Cartoon type I wanted but I just took pictures anyway and then after that I haven’t really played Clip2Comic in a long time we’re not exactly a long time just maybe like a few weeks or something then with a few masks I had that were pretty cool are used the last filter picture and then once I started adding all the stuff towards it it looks really good taking down the black point the saturation everything and I made six amazing pictures even though I don’t have the stuff you have to buy you could still do a good job with the stuff you have so that is why I give this a five star you have done a great job with Clip2Comic 👍🏻👌🏻

If you are looking for a cartoon editor app, this is a really good one. When I got it I didn’t see ‘ Free for three day trail’ or anything like that. I can immediately edit my own photos. Then if I want to fix the messes or watermarks, that’s where you get to pay for Clip2Comic . However you get the choice to pay for it or not. If you want to pay for it you have a little more advances but you can 100% still use Clip2Comic the same way if you still use it for free ( which I personally love a lot about it. There’s not a lot of apps like that out there). When you use it for free you can hardly tell the difference anyways. When you don’t pay for Clip2Comic you can still use it and still have fun. Clip2Comic is really great and it’s really cool to see things at a new prospective.

Clip2Comic has come in very handy when I want a graphic style for an image. It has a surprising amount of flexibility though there are some things I wish it had. It would be great to have the ability to mask areas when making global adjustments with sliders. Sometimes I have one area where I want it but other areas need work. While the retouch panel helps, it doesn’t quite do everything the other panels can do, so masking would add so much to the value to Clip2Comic. The only other thing is simply more effects, like halftones and being able to export as a layered photoshop file with black information on one layer and color info on another.

I got Clip2Comic because I was trying to make backgrounds for projects and I thought I could use photographs to speed up The process. It works for that very well if you run your drawing through The filter with the photograph. It wasn’t until after I had gotten it that are realized it’s True potential. You can draw a Picture quickly and Color it quickly and Clip2Comic will find the details and smooth out The flaws. There are so many uses for this program that intend on paying to get the watermark removed so that I can use this for professional products. I wish I could give it more five stars.

Get it see for yourself ...the best options .. it would be qool if they create 5 more options but that’s just me being greedy and having Clip2Comic for so long but for what choices that are there is actually just fine ... I can’t complain ... and oh yea I had this first got a new phone forgot the name and download a couple others which where whack and lacked the basics of Clip2Comic so don’t waste your time with the others this one has a good selection ... 5 stars x 2 a matter of fact Clip2Comic is terrible don’t download it lol (I can’t have people having pictures qool like mines ) 😜😉🤘🏾🤘🏾

You can do a lot with just the free version. So many filter options, and if that weren’t enough, you can also make finer edits when viewing each result. I wish there were options that made more extreme changes toward creating truly cartoon versions of people in videos, rather than staying at posterizing or just reducing faces to line art. I’d love to have a truly flat, colorful, cartoon version of myself speaking and expressing -like a moving avatar. Otherwise this is a very fun and also useful app, maybe even better and easier to use than ToonCamera.

I love Clip2Comic, it is the best type out there and it is just so cool. What I did is picked out my favorite pictures of my family and turned them into a black and whiteish cartoon and set them as my background and that was awesome and it looks so good that is my favorite part of Clip2Comic. You can also share them on Snapchat, your google drive you can message them to your family and friends and much more! I love Clip2Comic so you should 100% download it for yourself, and if your questionable try it out and I will guarantee that you will love it as the same as me!

March 2019 Update: Developers have turned to a subscription model now; fortunately, they offer a one-time (expensive for what you get) purchase fee, which I did to support them. It’s good if you are looking to create comic-style pictures from your photos. Frankly, I think their BeCasso app is more worthy of the prices charged.

Loving the new Retouch feature; gladly paid to upgrade. You can tweak the coloring, outlines, outline thickness and details settings (plus or minus) with your finger. In addition, you are able to deform (great feature) and adjust contrast, saturation and brightness. Also check out DigitalMasterpieces other high-quality, easy-to-use app, BeCasso.

So I like Clip2Comic I really do but it’s not all great I mean it honestly think it’s a really good app for being free i think it’s the best free one out there although your pictures don’t come out really great ,like you have to take it from a different angle with different lighting for it to come out nicely animated. Don’t get me wrong it’s a great app and I really recommend it if you don’t want to pay money for an animated app but I don’t think it really deserves all five stars sorry if you expected more from this review I just had a problem with it thanks all.

Clip2Comic is so amazing it lets me edit my photos and it turns out so good. Clip2Comic is like no other and the best thing is that you don’t have to pay for it😯. That was a game changer for me for real. But if you do want more features that you have to pay for, but you don’t really need it because they give you so much already. If you want extra you can get Clip2Comic premium and get a trial and see if you like it I bet you would. But love Clip2Comic and I definitely love the people who created it. BEST EDITING APP EVER!!!!!🤩

Clip2Comic performs as described, has a bunch of “free” presets, and few add-on “premium” tools, but alas, the draw-back to the “free” version is the ugly watermark in the bottom right corner of your saved image. While I could easily remove it, it is just a waste of time, and I will not purchase a subscription just do so (and get the other “premium” features that I don’t really need.). I don’t mind paying a one-time fee to purchase a feature (e.g., remove ads, etc. ) but I already spend a small fortune on monthly Adobe and iCloud subscriptions, and for stuff I use every day in my business, so adding this is to the pile is just a non-starter.

So I’ve been seeing a bunch of ads on ig talking about it turns your pics into cartoons but they never have it. So I’ve been searching for a app that actually works and luckily I found Clip2Comic. It amazing and it’s easy to use. The only thing you have too pay for is if you want more options (which I think the regular options are good enough in my opinion) and to remove the water mark. Overall it’s the best and you should download it👌

I am springing for the one time purchase of Clip2Comic because it is absolutely amazing. I have tried several apps like it today and this one has the best filters for existing photos. It beats ToonCamera hands down!

Note to developer: please continue the great work on Clip2Comic. I am springing the exorbitant price of this because it works great and it’s absolutely essential to my workflow. I’m trusting you guys are going to keep up the great work.

This is a really good product, with lots of options for manipulating images. And, since it produces vector images, the quality of the output is outstanding. However, there really needs to be a “save your own preset“ option. I get tired of having to set all of the different options manually every single time for each new image. Once this is added to Clip2Comic , I will absolutely change my rating to 5/5.

Clip2Comic is just a fun way to take pictures. There are multiples filters, and the free version has more features than most apps provide without paying. You can take videos too. From the previous apps that I have downloaded this one is so much better!
Totally recommend if you’re just looking for some fun filters!

I’ve been playing with several apps and I finally landed on this app and Graphite. I found these had the most efficient customization for turning photos into comics. I’d bump Clip2Comic to 5 stars if it had just a little more functionality with batch processing (currently does not) and customization of the export file quality / size / file type (currently no other options) — especially since you’re paying for a subscription. Overall, it’s a great app!

I have been using Clip2Comic for a few days now and All I can say is WOW! I recently designed my website and I cartooned images of me playing music.
I loved it so much I am shooting an entire music video and then cartooning it with Clip2Comic.
Honestly you should pay the lifetime access hand have fun with Clip2Comic forever!

Unlike all the other apps like this the filters are actually FREE! I have tried so many apps to make my pictures cartoons, this was the only one that was actually free. Most apps say they are free but really cost $80. This one does not. One complaint I might have is you have to pay to remove the watermark. But other than that Clip2Comic is not like any other I have tried. I recommend Clip2Comic completely.

I want to thank you for creating an amazing out. I’ve been using it to convert videos to cartoons for teaching instructional videos of them doing and is the best that I found on the market. Many more expensive programs do not capture and convert with the ears and the reproducibility that you were helped us. Thank you for making a solid and amazing app.

I tried a lot of different photo apps, and this by far was the best one. You don’t have to pay a crazy amount much like the other apps. And the pictures really turned out nicely. I really recommend if you want to capture the cartoon character without spending money or having to edit the living hell out of the picture. :)

Ask me how much I like Clip2Comic! It is a jewel of an app! I have another app that I use for sending cards these pictures that I created these cartoons going to my photo album and I Now has beautiful personal original cards that are tailor made for the people I’m sending them to! This is a wonderful app and I totally recommend it!

When I got it I really wanted to play around with the reform feature but then it turns out that it cost money! I don’t see why I have to pay to basically use Clip2Comic and what it was meant for. Also I’m a kid and my mom doesn’t let me buy anything on my phone. But I’m going to give it four stars because I still can make my photos look cooler so that I guess you can say I got my money’s worth of.

Clip2Comic itself is just okay. Not a lot it can do with additional purchases. Spent $5 total. Still couldn’t get the watermark removed, even after uninstalling, reinstalling, restoring, waiting trying it again, I just gave up. Just save it then crop the watermark out. I emailed their support and they confirmed that I had purchased from them, but it was not a known issue and should work fine, and that was pretty much the support. If you are fine with the stock options it has, it is fine. Just don’t waste your $.

Clip2Comic is easy to use and fun, but without paying or subscribing it isn’t the best. There are many filters but unless you subscribe and pay money you cannot remove the watermark on them. There is very little you can do, it is not like what was advertised. Disappointed that you can’t make cartoons without a payment but the photos don’t look that bad. If you are fine with making OK looking photos then I would recommend getting it but otherwise I do not recommend Clip2Comic.

This is the best app for editing pictures into comics.... the developer is an artistic genius and not some greedy money scammer. I’m very satisfied and I’m going to purchase Clip2Comic to gains access to more features and get rid of the watermark.

I found Clip2Comic to be very basic, unimaginative, and limited but still fun to mess around with. If I want more abilities then I have to pay for that privilege. What ever happened to free being free and if the first app you use by this maker is impressive then I would feel safe in purchasing other apps they might be selling. Great apps cause me to trust in particular makers other offerings. Fun app but limitations will cause boredom to set in very quickly.

I love how easy Clip2Comic is to use along with the variety choices the users is given. I’ve illustrated two children’s books using Clip2Comic .
Directions are straight forward and intuitive. I’ve played with other watercolor and comic apps and find this one by far the best.

I have absolutely no idea how they can do this especially render videos so quickly but I'm addicted to it. It makes such fun and also really graphically intense pictures. It's so easy to use and the price to get watermark off is more than fair. Can't say enough. Try it, you'll love it.
