When I first started playing this game, I loved it. Thought it was fun until now… It seems the RNG is fake. They let you win to get you excited. After you’re hooked on the game, it seems they set you up to lose 95% of the time so you can keep making purchases and spend real money just to keep the action going. Many have quit this game and it looks like I’m next. I’m getting more and more skeptical about how this game is being ran. If the developer of this game doesn’t consider this, they will be losing many regular players.

Just play free chips and don’t spend a dime because it’s not worth it! They will set you up to lose and push you to buy chips. Don’t do it, it’s not a fair game!

I recently downloaded HDPoker, and was instantly hooked. It’s classic Texas Holdem, and if you literally play your cards right it will keep you at the table for quite some time. Besides poker there’s some nice features that come along with it, the chest drops that not only gives you chips (if you win the hand) but fun avatars that you can play as at the table, or even trade them up with people on your friends list, and fun gifts to share with whomever you’re playing with. The ticket wheel can come in handy if your chip stack is getting low, and the gems allow you to purchase boosts, chips, avatars, and tickets!
Side note: if you follow any of their social media, they’re always giving out free stuff, but it seems to be time limited, so it’s always worth a quick peek since your phones in your hand anyway.
5/5 stars for gameplay, graphics, content, ranking system. Fun game all around that will keep ya playing.

First time ever in any app that when you contact support, support contacts you back, I’m talking about right back!!!! You get gifts every 4 hours! Weekly rewards! Gambling Gives you a chance to win chests loaded with money, avatars, tickets and gems! They have bundle deals for a reasonable price! I sent HDPoker to a few of my friends bcuz it’s so realistic! I’m addicted to the game! And to customer service! Did I say customer service is amazing??? BEWARE TOTALLY ADDICTIVE GAMEPLAY! I’ve been playing HDPoker for months and it does not disappoint. The interface and UI is the cleanest around and the game itself is better run than any other poker app I’ve tried. The smooth operation coupled with the social aspects of the games (gifts and emotes and chat rooms) makes this game unbeatable. Not to mention they also have a decent trading community focused around avatars that you can use in-game that are just adorable. The algorithm for card chances can seem a little suspect but I suppose that could be me and confirmation bias. Chance is chance. 10/10

HD poker is a good game has good graphic lots of different avatars you can change your avatar when ever you want lots to choose from and tables. I want to get the ( a Cat Avatar) if I can. Well really there are so many different ones I want to. Sometimes I get doubles or triple of the same avatar and I would like to try and get at least 1 of all of them. You get free coins ever few hours nice. They give you a chance to even win a chest at the table with great gifts in it. And if you have any problems poker support helps out. 5 Stars. I wanted to learn how to play Texas Hold ‘em and stumbled onto this site. I’ve been playing for about 5 months now, and probably the funnest game I’ve ever played.
There are a wide assortment of avatars to collect or to suit your personality, fun table gifts to give and challenging players.
I love how you can easily chat with other players, reminds me of your friendly neighborhood bar. Characters of all ages and plenty of good stories. It’s especially interesting to me to chat with the international players, the different world views are amazing.
The customer service staff is incredibly responsive, be it a complaint, or question.
Highly recommend this game, give it a try!

The game reminds me of the old Full Tilt poker from early 2000s, but 100x better. The avatars, tables and gifts you earn from chest are top notch.

The is also a built in rank system that a player can climb. There are weekly rewards for finishing out in a certain rank each week, including gems which a player uses to by keys to unlock chest for cosmetic rewards.

About the chest, once in a while a certain type of chest will drop as part of a pot, that players can addition win as a reward.

The devs are very friendly, I was surprised when I sent my feedback about adding some additions to game, they emailed me back and talked to me. There are not a lot of devs that do that.

The only down side I have right now is, there is no tournament games, but the devs said they are going to add this in the near future. So when that happens I will be completely happy. I love playing regular games, but I like the play Sit-and-gos at times, as well as larger tournaments.

I have played a number of poker apps to date and HD poker is by far the best available. Not only does it have wonderful graphics, an amazing community of players, but they also have an entire Z4 team that is truly dedicated to making your experience the best. Anytime I have ever needed anything someone from the Z4 team has quickly and efficiently been there to help. They are always open and willing to resolve any issues you might have directly with you and always follow up to ensure your happiness. Yes it’s just poker but it’s much more than that with HD Poker and I promise you won’t be disappointed.

I spend all my time playing this game - even when I should be working. Zoe and the team have been great to collaborate with in building a better user experience. I took part in the beta Sit & Go Tournament and even though I'm only a midlevel player I was welcomed to participate. I had some ideas how to make it even better and sent them to Zoe. She was very responsive and appreciative. Her and the team reviewed my ideas and might even implement some. I was blown away by HD Poker's commitment to their values and their sincere gratitude for me passing on suggestions. This is the best poker game I've found. Looking forward to the new and improved HD Poker!

I have never enjoyed playing a gaming app but HD poker is one I’m addicted to. I love this game! I had an issue with the game and contacted customer support and initially I thought I wasn’t going to get a response. But, I was wrong not only did I get a response, Zoe helped resolved my problem. She also thanked me for my business. The upper management makes you feel important when playing this game. They don’t just take your money and ignore your emails, they actually really care and I recommend this game for anyone. If you like to be treated with respect and love poker download this game because it’s the game for you. Customer service is the key and Hd poker lives by that. I love this game. Thanks Zoe! You have to try this game! The best poker game in the world! Not just playing poker but to collect chests, gems, avatars, gifts, emotes and Rooms to make the game so much more fun! I’ve made friends from around the world and my best friend l found on this game! They have a way to email them if any problems & they respond to your emails immediately! They give you free money everyday and have a store to get chests, gems and chips. They have so many options for tables to play on! 10 different standard tables, 5 different sit & go tables, 4 different Time Bomb tables, a long list of tournaments for beginners to high stakes, and Home Games you can create and have a private table for your friends and you! Awesome! And a Super Spin wheel! The illustrations and artwork are world class also! They will give you starter chests to get chips and avatars free!

This Texas Hold ‘em app is fantastic. Caveat: However, you will find yourself on the loosing side if you don’t make in app. purchases. HDPoker . is designed to host “live” players and obviously the more the better. However, although I didn’t write the algorithm, there is a bias when it comes down to the distribution of cards and who wins and who loses. If you purchase chips or avatars you will definitely have a bright winning future. For the rest, they are just the competitors at a great disadvantage. This comment may sound like “ sour grapes” but I really don’t care that much accept when I play against my wife who incidentally does make purchases. In any case, good luck.

With all of the things our world is going through it has been a joy to find such a fun game to play online. My family and I started playing games together online just as a way to come together and still keep our distance. Once we found HD the other games went to the wayside.
We love the different avitars, the different rooms and the different prizes that are offered as you are playin. This game keeps all of our attention and we have great laughs as we play.
I have never seen an online game give such great service as HD, when you have questions or inquiries they are very quick to respond and help to make sure your experience is good.
They truly pay attention to detail and make everyone feel welcomed.

HD poker is a fun interactive game. Honestly my attention span for games is typically short lived. HD poker has kept my attention for months. It has many options to customize the look of your game; imaginative avatars, elaborate backgrounds, and a plentiful assortment of exchangeable gifts. You can collect and trade everything with other players. The daily rewards system is generous and accumulative. The achievements system allows you to open rewards given during game play. I recently made a few suggestions to support. I was delightfully pleased to actually hear back from them. Other apps send a form thank you letter. I received great information and a personal thank you from a human. The game is being expanded and upgraded all the time. I would definitely recommend give HD Poker a try!

I have played on many poker platforms for both real money and play money. By far HD poker continues to be the best free play poker app I have played on. Unbelievable things to look forward to each day like earning different avatars, gifts to collect and or hand out to other players, chests, tickets for spin for chips, hourly cheat drops and so much more. Most importantly is the customer service. I have had interactions with Zoe and have been beyond impressed with the customer service received, as I am sure any other player has or will be well taken care of. 2020 was rough but 2021 is slowly getting better. Being a small business owner having a little extra down time because of the pandemic circumstances I haven’t a found a better or safer place to be than here at HD Poker. Thank you guys for the continued excellence in customer service.

I have been playing this game for about 6 months. Yesterday night I had my first issue with the game. I entered a 109 million dollar tournament and it was bugged. After a half hour I exited the tournament because I could tell there was an issue. Funds were lost and I couldn’t rejoin the tournament…I emailed the tech support about 15 hours later. I received a response and compensation within 5 minutes of my inquiry. I have never been so please and impressed by a mobile phone game company in my entire life! They refunded my funds and gave me multiple epic chest without even questioning anything. Seriously, it’s shocking and a breath of fresh air to see they actually care about their product. I am an even bigger fan knowing this is how the company treats their customers in times of need. This should be the standard! Thank you Zoë!!!

I love HD Poker....my main reason it the fact that site has so much to do...I love the poker but love the not stop action that goes with it! All the bells and whistles are there..... and things change from one day to the next! Different tournaments. Different rooms and tons of fun! Then you have fun..,avatars & plenty of gifts.....surprise Chest out of nowhere with goodness, keeps the excitement going! Then if you have a competitive edge as I, you got the leadership board, leveling up & games, games & more games!! Friends.....connecting is awesome I can keep up with and find all the players I admire.....to watch or play with them! Room much to say!! But the best is yet to come! The support team is the most awesome team I’ve every met...,always responding in a timely matter answering questions!! What I think is awesome is that they will jump in a game and play with us! I love the Team! I love the Game! HD Poker for life!! ❤️

As I saw with some of the other reviews, I wanted to leave some feedback, and critique.

Positives:
Overall, the diversity of the game is quite good. A lot of features that get updated frequently. The attention to detail in room settings, avatars, knick knack gifts. More or less the fluidity of the game is pretty solid, with minimal disruptions.

Negatives:
Being that it is poker, hands have a tendency to play out poorly. Players looking to double down, often go all-in pre flop, with really awful cards. This disrupts the flow and pace of games on a table. Second, I believe there have been many instances of collusion. I was informed it isn't possible that someone hack the system, but I always think there is a slightly remote shot. When you get a good hand, but don’t react in time, the computer sits you out. That can be annoying, especially when you know you could slam the hand. Also the slider feature is annoying, when you are running out of time, trying to figure out how much to place. It jumps immediately from 400 to 5,000. Also, the timer on your hand goes way too fast sometimes, while deciding.

Overall I am pleased with the playability and future updates forthcoming.

PS: A big shout to Zoe, for her LIGHTNING FAST TURNAROUND replies and communique. I expected to wait days, she responded next day, with insight, respect, and friendly banter. MAKE SURE HD RETAINS THIS EMPLOYEE! Top Notch

I was playing Texas Holdem on HD Poker and felt I was shorted on a chip payout, so I wrote a message to High Def (HD) Poker in my game settings, just to make them aware. It wasn’t 30 minutes later that I received a long, detailed, and professional message back from Zoe. She took time to thank me for playing and asked how they could make their game experience a better one for me? She was wanting honest feedback and she seemed really concerned so I answered her with ideas like 3 and 5 Player game options. I have played most all of the on line Texas Holdem games and most could care less and are unresponsive. Zoe responded back almost immediately with things that HD is currently working on to better their game offering. I enjoy this game and thanks to the care and follow up, I not only feel that the game itself is a quality one, but that the people behind the game are caring and quality people as well. This is a winning combination and a fun game all in one. Thanks

I have been plying poker a long time and played many apps, this is by far the most fun and innovative app I ever played. It’s very addicting. They have so many levels of fun and strategy it’s impossible to get bored. Not to mention they have the greatest customer service I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I would recommend it to anyone who loves poker and also loves having fun. Cool avatars. Great gifts you can send and receive between players. You can even TRADE avatars with other players. Not to mention they have a daily chest you can open to win chips, and cool avatars. Give it a shot you won’t regret it.
