Couldn’t get a single API to work properly. Tried a dozen different services and none could get data imported by Numerics. What a letdown! If you’re reading this, then you are better off using your own server for a kiosk or conference room. I wouldn’t be at all surprised if Numerics were just a data mining scam. Numerics Store should really do a better job blocking privacy and data leak threats like Numerics.

Deleted this minutes after buying it. What a waste of money. I'm never paying for an app again. Any dev that has a worthwhile product should publish a free or freemium version to convert users if they truly have a worthwhile product. Don't trust anyone that does otherwise.

For the record the description sounds much more appealing than the reality. You've got a ton of integrations but the reality is that the data you get is limited to superficial inaction able items.

Numerics now forces you to pay a steep monthly price tag. Would prefer one time cost like other apps.

Was shaping up to be a great app, but very recently introduced a subscription fee. I've been a long time user, but no consideration for existing users with the new subscription. Was preparing to create and rollout multiple dashboards with several widgets each but am now limited to only 3 metrics without a subscription! So disappointed...

I was really excited about Numerics and have been a paid subscriber for a couple months. I started to run into problems on the second month with a custom JSON widget (day density) where it isn’t showing my data for the month.

I emailed support and they claimed it was data related. When I proved it wasn’t they became unresponsive (not willing to admit their app has a bug nor indicating they would fix it).

This is how I would sum up my experience:

- their custom JSON widgets are extremely particular (e.g. dates need to be precisely formatted and don’t handle standard ISO date formats).

- their custom widgets are very basic and aren’t as useful if your use case doesn’t match their example.

- their support folks aren’t very helpful or responsive.

Overall I’m disappointed... seems like they should invest more time and development making their app and service better.

I paid $20 for Numerics purely so I can integrate it with salesforce and have a dashboard to the information I need. When trying to connect with salesforce, I continuously get an error saying "we cannot connect to the salesforce API".

I have emailed the customer support and sent a couple of tweets at Cynapse asking for help or to please issue me a refund. I've had no response so far.

I'm voting this as 1 star purely based on my experience. It may work great with other services, but it doesn't with salesforce, which is why I bought it.

Update: after walking through all the steps with support Numerics has gotten even worse. Now my numbers don’t refresh at all unless done completely manually. Numerics went 2 weeks without updating.

Great concept for an app. Love the fact I can track my followers as a complication. But Numerics doesn’t refresh on its own. I turned background refresh on for it and notifications. There’s also no customer support articles about this issue. Fix that and I’ll change my review.

This is exactly what I've been looking for, for a long time. Beware though, you CANNOT create a dashboard based off of Google Analytics Ecommerce stats.

Why they chose to allow you to create a dashboard for something silly like "most popular device in a state" but not include ecommerce options is beyond me.

Surely I can't be the only website owner that cares about my sales stats. Once they add ecommerce stats, Numerics will be straight awesome and I'll change my review.

The iCloud synchronization experience is very bad. I often open Numerics and it shows that there is no data. I have to open it many times to get data, so I have canceled the subscription.

I have to tap on every KPI from the RevenueCat integration to actually get updated numbers. All data should automatically refresh when I open Numerics !

I just downloaded Numerics and i integrated Pipedrive analytics and it keeps crashing

this app does exactly what it claims, but if you're looking for a replacement for the now-defunct Numerous, this ain't it.

this app does not store numbers in their own service, so there's no manual number tracking/editing like Numerous could. Also, the array of services they integrate with is pretty sparse.

Finally, there's no easy sharing of numbers between people....At least, there's not a way I could find. Maybe there is, but the user guide page just says "coming soon." /facepalm

Visually, Numerics is beautiful, but they may have released it a little too early. Once I realized that you can’t sync dashboards and widgets across devices via iCloud or Dropbox, I immediately regretted my in-app purchases. This is a big miss as far as I’m concerned. It took me several minutes to figure out how to delete a widget that wasn’t working correctly, and when I clicked on link for the user guide, I was presented with a “coming soon” page. It certainly has potential, and I could see it becoming one of my favorite apps, but it’s not quite there yet.

I really want to write a good review of this app. I love it - but the Google integrations have been broken for weeks. No news on this app website... I pay monthly for a half broken app with no information on when a resolution will come.

It has hundreds of data points that you can use to get a good snapshot of how your business is doing and view it on an iPad or watch etc. We should have more data points for PayPal and the section on how to integrate with PHP for beginners.

This is the first app on apple store that offers a productivity across all the iOS devices including Apple TV. If you are a business owner with multiple SaaS, Numerics is going to save you 1-2 hours a day and help you make better and timely business decisions. The customer support has been effective and helpful but do give them time to respond to your queries.

I only utilize a handful of these apps supported by this app, but this type of tool is extremely powerful in showing all kinds of stats and numbers visually.
This is going to be something we see a lot more of in the future.
The price is a bit steep, but if you like to look at stats, charts, and comparisons for what you do, it's well worth it.

Read the documentation about each of the types of metric. It will help you in designing your graphs.

I used Numerics throughout our "busy season" at work to great effect - everyone liked the sleek dashboard that I was able to show off.

Looking forward to more updates. iCloud sync between dashboards would be great, too.
