Unable to turn off after call is over unless the next person on call turns on their app and signs in. Poor and unsafe app. Either you get notifications when not on call or you end up deleting the app when not on call. This dumb app won’t let you turn off your availability after call is over ... so expect to be paged in the middle of the night when not covering. The developers haven’t thought this through. Imagine multiple hospitals on call and trying to shut off pulsara for each one...

I do enjoy this app but I’m deterred from using it to its fullest potential because of the lack of the ability to switch between agencies easily. I have to log out of one agency and log back into another, sometimes on the fly, and remembering the usernames and password’s for both is never easy! Try to do that with a high acuity call and forget it!!! This kind of single log in/multiple agent application is done with I am responding and it makes it really easy to switch between agencies and individual calls. I will keep using the radio for my hospital reports until this is fixed.

This app is being forced on our anesthesia group. The interface is cluncky. It desperately needs the ability to schedule call shifts, otherwise you have to remember to log in first thing every morning and update your call status. The worst and even scariest thing is that the alert isn’t tied to ringer volume but instead your media volume. This means if you use your phone for anything other than call it will be very easy to not get a call because your media volume wasn’t left on max ( because who does that).
