Nice App; Support STINKS!
Have had the app for a while and it generally works fine. Tried to contact Tech Support; had to register first. Went through registration and was taken back to login page. Then tried to log in, but got message saying email confirmation was pending. Never got confirmation of any kind and still unable to contact Tech Support. No other means to contact them provided on web site. Looked up parent organization on Internet and found no useful information there, either.

It could be more.
I used ICE Standard today to make some changes to my health information. The app is a bit elementary in its appearance and is lacking certain features. It’s very hard to edit things like contacts or medication. There should be an edit button, then those 3 horizontal lines next to each medication to that you can long press on and slide and rearrange the order. I had to be a little crafty to move them up or down without the 3 lines edit feature. So I gave it 3 stars.

I find the application very beneficial however I’d like to enter my meds on separate lines and this app does not allow this. There is also nowhere to put supplements unless you put the under medication. It would also be very beneficial to have Past medical issues addressed in some format. The other thing that would be beneficial is that I have some cognitive deficits as a result of the TBI and therefore I cannot read and it would be nice for the medical facilities to know that.
