After working well for about 18 monthh, OTAdvancedAuthentication stopped working about 1 year ago on my iPhone 8, now running iOS 15.1. OTAdvancedAuthentication tries to launch, there is a very brief flash, and then it disappears and cannot be found. The two factor authentication codes have no way of being received. I have deleted OTAdvancedAuthentication and re-download it from OTAdvancedAuthentication Store several times, but that has not fixed anything. This has been in the reviews for over a year, so I can only believe that the developers are no longer supporting this product. Unfortunately it doesn’t seem to matter to my company, leaving me in a very difficult situation. I am only posting this review to help inform others who may experience this.

Recent application upgrade rendered NetIQ Auth app worthless. Now it crashes right away.
Pretty much one of the worst decisions my company has ever made to go from a simple password and login to this, not only did it not work 90% of the time, now with switching phones I don’t have access to any of my accounts!
I’m trying to log in but can’t because my authenticater disappeared and I have no way of going back because my company that I work for says I’m already registered but your app says I never did! And there is no contact info….
Hey NetIQ - Might want to stop slacking on the updates. Apple 14.1 is out today and your NetIQ no longer works. Meaning a lot of people working from home are gonna have major issues with VPN. No excuse for not staying on top of updates.
Cannot open OTAdvancedAuthentication in iOS 14.2. Seems like the support team is not on top of things.
It does the basic functions but is weak compared to the competition. Need the ability to fully customize all aspects. A simple about logo is not enough.

This product works great for 2FA even with cloud apps like workday or Salesforce. It’s super quick, the allow notifications pops up, and it authenticates flawlessly every time. Easy to use and setup; ignore the reviews from non-business consumer users. If you have an IT dept in your business, this is the cleanest 2FA app in the market.
I started using this instead of receiving SMS messages. Much faster and I always have my phone handy.
