Get Pricing Info for Global Eagle EntertainmentI fly southwest and for many many years have used the airtime player app to watch tv and free movies.. About 2 years ago when I open it on my iPad, it only opens up and about 1/4 th of the screen. I can not make it open to full screen. I have deleted the airtime and the southwest app and reinstalled them several times but it has changed nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Installed latest version before flight. Ran their test to ensure that the sw portal could play a video in airtime and it was successful. Purchased movie and it would not play. Airtime would spin for a couple minutes and then either close itself or show a message about drm. Can't play the movie nor refund my purchase. I'll see if I can dispute the charge through PayPal.

Hard to review something that doesn’t work. It has been down loading for 40 minutes on iPad with all latest updates. Have paid $13 so far (WiFi plus movie) and battery is running out, and no movie. Southwest should realize that it is creating more ill will than it engenders.

The only option I have (literally) when I open the app is to “Access the portal,” which takes me to the Southwest website, where I can’t choose a movie because I “need the Airtime Player app to watch Movies” and gives me no options whatsoever (or TV shows).
