I bought the programming back in June 2023 and as of today( since yesterday ), we`ve not been able to watch anything and have not resolved this problem, please, could you fix it? I paid for it until June 2024. THANKS SO MUCH, I need an answer asap.

I have been with this company for more than a decade and the service has deteriorated badly over the last year. Programmes constantly stopping and the final straw, when I contacted 'Support', who used to be very good and asked the Agent not to keep repeating himself, he stopped communication and blocked me fro using support. I am still 'blocked' from using support! Very sad as it was good and I have recommended this company many times over the years.

How do I renew my subscription? Thank you in advance

Trying to log in on my Tv using a mxq pro 4k TV box and it keeps giving me the same error. Login failed , please check your server address, username and password... Username and password are correct. Where do I find the server address ? I can watch it on my iPad and iPhone....???? Frustrated.

All of a sudden after 3 months I mounths your app no longer works and all you tech peeps on your end say the app is working fine for them I don't care about their end tell me how to get my end working or refund partial subscription price.. this is getting ridiculous
