My train station disappeared. After numerous attempts to reach customer service they said I needed to this and that and basically wanted me to pay for another station and compensate me with the station, tbe upgrades and the money it had made. Obviously it’s fake money but it’s the time put into the game and then to have it taken away and be to start all over. I continued contacting customer service and they said they were forwarding to their escalation team. Well that was weeks ago it feels like and nothing has been done. I was doing everything right had my station where it was supposed to be and got out of app when done playing. I really enjoyed this game as it was relaxing. Time to find something similar this game as it doesn’t look like they are going to fix this issue.

I loved playing this game,invested a lot of money to continue playing, but for the last week or so my game won’t load I’ve tried rebooting it still won’t load so now I guess I’ll have to stop playing and delete the game altogether

I was enjoying CityIsland2 for some time now but there’s an issue with the game app pop up suggestions can’t close them when they take up all of the screen I have to close CityIsland2 and then restart it again to finish what I was doing, and there is no in app help menu or in app email support nor a in app feedback or in app game play suggestions

This game needs daily rewards or something, there is no way to get more cash, once you run out of money there is no way to get anymore so you basically stop playing. It only gives the option to upgrade places but you can’t cash out on them. I’m ready to let this game go.

This game has problems like how do you rotate the roads? How do you remove the rocks? And MORE!

I have enjoyed building my city. However, It is very difficult to get to a higher level. When I get to a higher level, there are very few new items to build. At that point, I usually want to quit playing as there are not enough new things to build. Why don’t we have more choices?

So I've been playing this game for quite a while and I had another account but i gave my phone to my friends and they deleted ALL MY GAMES ok I know that's not sparkling society's fault but at the start of the game there should be an option to sign in or register or not but I had my other account all myself skyscrapers every were it was so beautiful I was even impressed whit the graphics and all of that! But a lifetimes job taken hours and hours making all of that...I need my account back now I'm doing everything again😑😤😢 please read this and if you did fix it I know y'all can do upgrades to the game I know y'all can do it I believe in you and if not possible..I hear ya..it's ok but this game is perfect experience for me to be and architect thank you all <3

The game is OK for a standard touch and wait APP. It has decent graphics, slow action and slow progress. Things get costly quickly (game coins) and there are frequent offers of coins etc for real money. It seems to me that the only way to build a suitable bank account is to visit the game periodically, collect cash and points and the go on to something else more enjoyable.

There are very frequent nags to download other "free download" games. For some crazy reason the offer many times offers a game already on the tablet. If the game is smart enough to advertise, how about not advertising something we already have. I may be wrong but it seems like sloppy programming. It is something Dogbert would be proud of.

Me and my friends love the game but I think it could use some extra interest into it. The game is like a perfect city where all you have to worry about is happiness and power. But I think you should actually add some meaning to what the games people are asking for like police and schools. You could add a daily spin in which an event happens like a criminal attacks and depending on your police force will effect the likely hood of them getting away with it. If they get away with it then you loose like 10% to 30% of your money. But if you stop them then you get 1,000 to 5,000 in fines from court dues. As well as education if the people are not well educated then they can not perform well in the business so you could use the low work force percentage of profit. Also have like earthquakes where buildings are destroyed and you would have to rebuild them. Also some positives like an economic surge banks produce 50% more or citizens are happy and content and give you 25,000. Also so about the roads canals and walkways I think they should cost like 100$ and require 50$ upkeep per day. These are a few suggestions for the next updates that would make more interesting

This is a very good app. I have some suggestions for an update. One of them is that I would like some more space to build. Please put in some more expansions. I am running out of space. You should put some real world buildings in the game also. It would be really awesome to have a freedom tower, or an Empire State Building in your city. You should also make an option to buy XP with gold or cash. That will help you level up faster. You have a great game. It would be even more awesome with some improvements like more real world buildings, and of coarse, more expansions. Please make an update that puts these improvements in CityIsland2 . There could also be real world buildings from places like Dubai, or Shanghai, or Tokyo, Paris, or anywhere else. This would really turn the game into the best city building game ever. Please make this update.

Great game!!! It's by far my favorite, but now that I am at level 52 I cannot buy anything that doesn't cost gold!!! This is not really fair!! I've spent quite a bit of money on this game but I really think they need to add more houses and commercial business that cost cash instead of gold! And once you buy so many of anything the cost turns to gold, so if you get far enough like I am you have no selection of anything left!!! Please change this!!! I'm a good paying customer n this isn't fair!!!! I'll change it ton5 star if they fix this!!!

Great game would be 5stars but when I watch a ad for a reward it doesn’t give anything

So, as you see the title you my think about the game "The sims" and you're right! Well, when I was little my mom and my two aunts used to play The Sims 2 but I would barely understand that game but I still played it, then, we lost the game for some days I can't remember why and I asked my mom if wr could get it on the phone and she said no🙄 but she told me that this game was the sims two and I believed her (I liked the game as well, and I've been looking for this game in a while)⚠️⚠️⚠️AND I KNOW IT ISN'T THE SIMS BTW THIS IS JUST A STORY ABOUT HOW I FOUND OUT ABOUT THE GAME⚠️⚠️⚠️ anyways thank you for reading this mess😳

I've been trying to find a fun iOS game that implements Simcity and other trademarked city-building simulator games. City Island 2 matches what I've been looking for. Let me get to the negatives first. First of all, Gold Bars are introduced into the game that you can buy with real money. The problem is, the requirement for Gold Bars is too high. Also, the game could also be better and more interactive if players get to rotate entire buildings or decor a full 360° degrees. Third, there should be cancel buttons when a player wants to cancel a demolition in progress. Last, there are a few bugs. But that's all. This game allows players to use creativity and strategy while playing a city-building/management simulator. This game, in my opinion, is the best city-building game you can find in CityIsland2 Store. It has amazing features and cool graphics and art. I hope for a Sequel… City Island 3!

So I got this game yesterday after I decided to redownload the original game onto my phone. I love all of the new options like the canals and walkways, but one I don't understand is the power. I have so many windmills yet half of my buildings say they don't have power and my power bar says I have almost 300% power. This game also doesn't have a help button so I really don't know what to do. No one will move into my houses or work because the buildings don't have any power. Other than the power I love both the first and second game and already need to expand my land so 5 stars.

It really keeps me occupied on long road trips and it is very enjoyable
