I have been using the free version of Musescore for years, to practice my chorus music on my iPad. This month (Sept 2023) when I try to save new MuseScore files to my iPad, nothing happens! They do not go into my Songbook. Also, my sorting of music options screen seems frozen. I can't change it from the "sort by date saved".

I have the pro music score I pay each month. The app will not work at all. I want to print and download the music and it says not available. It's always saying check your internet. I love this app and I have enjoyed it. Please fix this problem so I can print sheet music that I am paying for 9.99 a month. If you can not fix the problem I will cancel it soon.

Hi Windows 10. Ive used Musescore for years with no probs at all.. then a few weeks ago it just started going crazy...takes ages to open then won't shut down...Hogging huge amounts of CPU. Whats going on?...How does this happen. Thks

How to fix MuseScore app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MuseScore app on iPhone
Update MuseScore app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MuseScore iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MuseScore on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MuseScore network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MuseScore Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MuseScore not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MuseScore App
1. On android, goto Settings » MuseScore » click [Force Stop]

Update MuseScore to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MuseScore App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MuseScore » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MuseScore.

Fix MuseScore unable to contact server/ MuseScore internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MuseScore » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MuseScore » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MuseScore
