It was easy and quick to get a diagnosis and a treatment plan, yet it somehow felt like the staff understood my struggles more than any other doctor I’ve ever been to, even in such a short amount of time. After days of having disrupted sleep due to racing thoughts, I decided to install Healthpiper. It was mainly for convenience, as I couldn’t find any local appointments in a reasonable amount of time. Not only did the staff reply immediately, but the assessment and video call were super in depth. The amount of empathy every member of the staff showed me made me feel so much better about the way my brain operates, and I’m so confident that this is the path to finally taking care of my mental health. Thank you once again for being so kind and thorough. If you’re on the fence, definitely give this a try!

with this whole pandemic, it’s was extremely hard for me to get into contact with my psychiatrist. i had called countless times only to be sent to the same automated messages. i had left 3 or 4 voice emails and didn’t hear back for about 3 weeks (while in a state of emergency battling my own mental health) before i decided to try Healthpiper.
i downloaded Healthpiper and within minutes, i was talking to an actual person! such a sweet and helpful person. she gave me a mental health evaluation survey and within 3 days, i had a video chat appointment with an amazing psychiatrist Dr. Kumar. he is so smart and trustworthy. very quick at responding and i appreciate his help so much! Healthpiper is worth every penny! get it! right now!!

Healthpiper and these doctors have helped me get my life back. I lost the love of my life on May 28th of this year. I didn’t even know what agoraphobia was until my whole world came crashing down on me. I came across Healthpiper one day as i get very socially anxious around others so I was scared for my life honestly because I didn’t know how I was going to get help when I couldn’t bare the thought of having to meet a bunch of random strangers. The second I sent my first message I received a response right away. And I continue to receive responses and these amazing Psychiatrists always check on me. If you even think you May slightly need help, I promise you, you will not regret downloading Healthpiper and taking the journey.

My assigned provider was patient and took his time going through my background and symptoms and didn’t make me feel rushed. I’m really happy with the treatment received from health piper. Communication is always fast and convenient.

All other psychiatrist services Ive tried felt like an assembly line but this app doesn’t feel that way. They’re always available to talk and respond really fast. I’m really glad I switched to them.

I joined this service and was very depressed and anxious. During each and every medication I was given 1:1 daily feedback and support. Trying new medications is scary, but I had Dr. Cheng with me during the entire process. With all the new meds on the market and the potential debilitating effects or withdrawal symptoms this service was perfect for me. She provided constant coaching with suggestions for non-pharmaceutical products as well. Today I am incredibly happy, working out, eating right and using light therapy and taking only one medication. This service is incredible.

I’ve been using them since September 2021 and have had nothing but the most positive experience. Both doctors I’ve had were UCLA grads with sound advice and appear to be sincere and compassionate which is not what I’m used to dealing with in psychiatric offices. I rarely leave reviews but I wanted to take time to do this one because they’ve exceeded all my expectations and on a selfish note, I want them to do well because they’ve set the bar for health care so high, I couldn’t replace the standard of care I’ve been receiving.

They provide you with everything they say they will, Emily answered all my questions and Dr. Joshua is very attentive and really listened during our video appointment. They sent my prescription to the pharmacy the same day and what an innovative business this is.
It takes about 2-8 weeks to get an appointment with a psychiatrist IRL, they set me up with what I needed the day after my first contact.
Especially if you don’t have insurance and you’re in a rush to start treating your mental, this will work great, come on over and sign up :D

I HIGHLY recommend this app for if you are struggling with depression, ADHD, sleeping problems, anxiety and more and if you need good help NOW.

You start of with a virtual meeting (like Zoom) with the Docter and concierge and then after that they send, if needed, prescriptions in to the pharmacy you want and they also stay in touch with the you.
They even provide tips for how to communicate with the pharmacy for example.

I feel very safe and respected by Health Piper because they operate on your level and they always make sure you got every you need. I can text the concierge and the Dr. 24/7 and they seriously ALWAYS reply quick.

It feels like a warm bath.

I love this app user friendly app, it’s so easy to navigate. No unnecessary frustration! The staff is not only thorough but also very kind and compassionate. They check in on you to make sure your adjusting well to the medications and assure you to contact them at any time if problems arise! I’m so happy I took this step with this app! I never feel intimidated or shamed. I’d recommend this to anyone seeking help!

Wow that was the easiest and most helpful experience I’ve had in health care. I downloaded Healthpiper & was skeptical at first but the team at health piper have been extremely helpful and not a headache what so ever. They answer your questions promptly and are very efficient in helping you. I was very impressed and will definitely be recommending them.

When I first started this app, Dr. Freedman and Ben helped me in a pinch. I had lost my insurance and needed my medications ASAP. The same day I had my session with Dr. Freedman, I received my full prescription. Since then, they have been nothing but extremely helpful and responsive. I really needed a refill and just moved from my home state and found this app. Though I am early in the process of working with the professionals here I am very impressed with the quick responses and professionalism so far. Especially if you are on the move and not going into a doctors office it’s nice to deal with very a responsive office from the get go!

I’m so glad I found Healthpiper and Dr Freedman. Healthpiper makes it very easy to reach the doctor, request Rx refills, or discuss billing. Dr Freedman has made such a difference in my life. this app is a reliable, convenient healthcare service. They were always available for help/questions and understanding of all issues. Dr. Freedman is a fantastic medical professional and communicates efficiently with patients. The rest of the staff was also exceptional and I recommend this app to anyone looking for a convenient option!
