I downloaded WordDive because it was recommended for learning Finnish. I downloaded it and the entire signup was in Spanish and assumed I wanted to learn English. Thank goodness my Spanish was good enough to go through all of the questions to set up my program. I thought when it was done it would ... Show more allow me to go back and choose another language - nope, the only option given me was to continue with the English learning program set up for me. Not helpful since English is my primary language. I deleted it.

I couldn’t tell you how well WordDive works because there are so many glitches you can’t progress very far at all. When I contacted the company they said I should just use their site in the browser. Not exactly what I purchased. Terrible.

I purchased access to Swedish on my laptop and yet it is not accessible on WordDive . When I tried to send a message through WordDive the message would not send and WordDive would crash.
The concept is great on a browser but until WordDive is better it is not recommended to use it.

The lied about it being free. I couldn’t use WordDive unless I supplied a credit card number. I realize that the makers are unethical

Read the developer response: yes it’s free to try why the cc? Simply allow WordDive to deactivate after the free trial. Providing cc info is 1, providing un... Show more necessary info and 2. We all know that most people will forget to cancel in time so by demanding the cc info is a sly way of getting money-unethical

I have deleted WordDive just like I do with all that use that trick

the volume for WordDive seems not to work my phone speakers work fine with no issues and the volume is turned all the way up when i use WordDive but for some reason when i use WordDive there is not volume for anything i cannot hear the pronunciation at all or any noise effects and i can not figu... Living in the US it’s always a good idea to know Spanish. Though WordDive only offers Spanish from Spain not Latin America. There is a difference and if it’s ever offered I may consider redownloading

WordDive does well at explaining the lessons but dumps way way way too much info at once on you. These lessons are hard to me because there is just so much thrown at once. The lessons need to be broken down into smaller sections because you don’t have time to absorb it all before more stuff is dum... Show more ped on you. It makes it hard, or maybe it’s just me.

Im getting like 15 different words so its hard to learn words

Everything was going smoothly until my iOS update a week ago. I don’t know if it’s a coincidence or not, but since then I can’t get WordDive to work unless I sign in through the website on Safari, and now tonight I’m not even able to do that since the web page won’t even load.

WordDive is very good for learning word order, vocabulary, and how words sound.

Would be 5 stars if you speak into WordDive

I just started using WordDive the other day. So far I’m really enjoying it. My main complaint is it’ll let you go so far. And then will make you wait 24 hours to do the next lesson. Why? It’s really hindering my progress.

Really enjoying WordDive . I’m a beginner in Finnish and this has been engaging and motivating.

I was having the greatest time with WordDive, it’s been really helping with my learning skills but it’s been 4 days in which I can’t login on my phone so I was going on my computer (which I hate because the whole point was doing it on my phone) now it doesn’t even work on computer either.....

The pedagogical approach is well thought out. I highly recommend it!

Blew all language apps out the water. I hope for more languages in the future. Here’s to my second language.

The lessons are simple, easy and build every day. Very repetitious but I have found in a week I have learned more than I have and any other class trying to learn Spanish

I have found that this system is more generous about my mastery than I am, but some words I now know, and some I almost know, in that after a wrong initial letter, the write letter pops into my mind. However, I find that I can reduce my competancy selectively, and I plan on using that.

I couldn’t hear the words. No sound at all when I pressed the headphone icon.

I have been using the this app app for almost a year now to learn Finnish - and I'm actually learning Finnish! WordDive has such a great way of going through the exercises and truly making you fluent in the language, not just memorizing. I was really busy for a 3 month period when I couldn't use ... Show more WordDive , but when I went back, I still knew about 95% of the words I had practiced. WordDive is revolutionary in teaching a language. I can use it when I have just 5 or 10 minutes and then go back to WordDive later and pick up where I left off. This gives working people the opportunity to learn a language in the little wasted moments of their day. If you don't have WordDive , get it now. It is worth so much more that the $9.99/month subscription. I can actually understand my husbands family when we go to visit Finland, and that is an amazing feeling that you just can't put a price on.
