Terrible

I tried to remove the charger as my car was done charging. However they wouldn’t let me remove the charger and charged me an extra 20 each time I went for no reason. I called multiple time and no response or help or even any assistance. I every time i try to stop the charging it would not let me even though it is fully charged.
Stations not working

I have 2 Flo stations near my office and have yet to have a successful charge. One station has been “offline” both times I tried. The other took about 5 minutes before it started to work, then stopped charging after an hour. The next time I tried it, it wouldn’t even start charging. ChargePoint much better.
The worst EV app!

This app is useless if you’re in an underground parking garage. If theres no cellular signal how are you supposed to start the charging station. Flo ev chargers are by far the worst. Why can’t I just scan my phone at charging station instead of having to find it on the app??? Charge point is so efficient compared to Flo garbage.
