App won’t connect. Then if it does connect it repeatedly asks for “purchase date” If I put in the date it just asks again. If I click “don’t ask again” it asks again. If I click “cancel”. It asks again.

Hi, We are trying to connect our ibobber but it just keeps flashing green. And it keeps searching for a device but doesn't find anything. We tried restarting the phone and we do have Bluetooth and location always on. The bobber once was registered to a previous device but we got a new phone. Would that be the reason we are having issues now? We also tried deleting the app and also deleting the Account and creating a new one but none of that worked. Can you please help?

Recently bought the ibobber. Constantly connects and disconnects. It's updated as well. Tried cycling power on both phone and bobber several times. Also tried bluetooth cycling several times. Bobber fully charged. Please let me know what I can do. The bobber on the top of the app will flash and then stay on. Does this the entire time.

I have been trying to sync my ibobber with my iphone 13. I have installed and reinstalled it several times, but when i go to connect ibobber fish finder, it never finds it.
- iPhone blue tooth connection uses up lots of phone battery
- Difficult to turn bobber light back on after losing connection
- False readings of fish in the water
